Needed a certified translation for a foreign embassy and they did a great job. Faster than anyone else I reached out to and half the price of the individual services recommended by the embassy as translators. 

Had a bad experience with the translator, the person who did this did not pay the slightest attention to what they were doing, messed up the dates, the names and had to be corrected like 4 times before receiving the final product. I was not happy with the price vs quality  of the work

You get what you pay for. A similar translation from a local agency would have cost me at least 3x what I paid here. Saving money meant I had to put in some work with this translation.  There was a crucial typo in the translation I received. I returned it for correction, it was corrected quickly. Then I noticed an entire section of the footer of the document was incorrect (entity name, address and contact info). Sent it back for correction, got the document back with the footer correct but the crucial typo was there again.  All in all, took three corrections to get the document right.   The corrections were quick and customer service top notch. For price this is worth it but as others have said, review every portion of your document, line by line. Be prepared to request corrections.

I needed 3 documents translated fast from 2 different languages into English and I'm extremely happy with the (less than) 24 hour turnaround and with the quality for a reasonable price!!! I totally recommend this company!!!

I am very thankful for the quality of your service.  Not only was the quality excellent, the price was reasonable and the turnaround was very fast.  My constructive feedback would be to somehow make it clearer at the beginning that supporting documentation (such as my own translations) could be uploaded together with the documents to be translated.  Somehow I missed that and it took me a couple tries to get it figured out. Quick turnaround, affordable price. Wish they had more options for pricing. I still paid for a 250 word translation when I only needed 4 to 5 phrases translated on a birth certificate. It was their shortest option. Approved by USCIS as a certified translator--that's helpful as well.

Great service, very responsive and helpful.  Be prepared for each letter and number to be counted as a word, so "a page" is less than you'd think.  For reference, a death certificate came out to be 3 pages even though it looks like one.  This is fair, but not obvious from the price description.

Very impressed with Rushtranslate and their services with translating my documents for immigration purposes.  I know people have complained about paying more then what they get quoted but people have to realize that you are quoted a price for standard amount of words and then you pay. Once the accurate amount of words are checked by an actual person then you pay the difference if you go over the 250 words per page. I E-mailed Rushtranslate voicing my concerns over what I paid and the speed I expected to receive my documents which Rushtranslate responded back to me very promptly. Not only did that make me feel like a valued customer and that I was working with real people not some kind of Robot or Scam. I sent a second E-mail asking about something else and they attentively responded back assuring my concerns were addressed. Final results were delivered which you are given a chance to review and make changes if you aren't happy with anything. Then you send it back and they deliver your final results for you to easily download at home. quick turnaround and professional review of my requested revisions based on the first draft. great price / quality. will return. some translated words in first edition seemed out of context but this was quickly rectified. so my suggestion is to do a good read on the first draft

Service is amazing, price is really good, translations are extremely fast. The quality of the translations leave something to be desired though which I think is simply a consequence of being super quick, but revisions are also quick and for no additional cost. Quick and good translation. I like the option to get it notarized and the price was great too. I got the same paper translated before and I paid the same amount just for a standard translation and it was not notarized and I wasn't able to review the translation before finalizing the order either. So I'm very happy with what I got and will be using your site in the future if I need any other translations done.

RushTranslate lives up to its name. The translation was done the next day with minimal errors, i.e., only one grammatical error in the English translation and a formatting issue with a table. Thus, proofreading your translation is necessary especially when you have a "strange" last name; I encountered three different spellings among the four different documents. However, these were easily and expediently corrected. I daresay RushTranslate provides the fastest service for a very competitive price.

I am satisfied with the translation. However, it is inevitable to feel that you took advantage of me. Two of my friends did the exact translation of the same documents as me! I was the only one who was charged $50 additional than the regular price, I'm disappointed.

I ordered a certified translation with notarization of my transcripts and my diploma for a graduate application.  The service was great, very quick and worked for my graduate application that requested a certified translation. I am very happy with the price and the service. However, there were some mistakes in my grades, some courses names and some other words, but they fixed them surprisingly quick. In conclusion, I think it is a very good service and I recommend it.

Very fast!!, literally 12h to give me a copy of the translation for revision. 16h total in the whole process since I paid to give me my certified and notarized translated document with the addressed revisions. I have used plenty of online translation services over the last 8 years or so and Rush is by far the best. Probably not the cheapest company out there overall but definitely a competitive price per service provided when you add the fast turn around (usually charged as an extra by other translation services, and the certification (usually charged as an extra by other translation services). In conclusion, money well spent on high-quality service.

Much less than 24 hours to translate my birth certificate document and excellent quality service. Very precise and what I expected for the price.

I had already placed an order with another translation service online. After three days they emailed me back and say the original price was incorrect and send me a new "additional" invoice. I was referred to RushTranslate after Rev.com (another translation website) shut down their certified translation services for USCIS documents.
