I needed some documents translated with a short deadline. Rush provided the documents timely and the quality is excellent. I really like that each document had a certification. I will absolutely be using Rush for my future translations.

The service was very quick and high quality. I asked for minor revisions, they were implemented in less than 24 hours over a weekend! I totally recommend.

Very disappointed in the translations as of late. The quality seems to have gone down. There were a lot of translations errors that had to be corrected. There needs to be a quality check before the translations are sent out.

At first I was skeptical on do anything like this online due to the sensitivity and nature of some of the documents people sometimes need translated and the quality. But this firm did an excellent job and put me at ease from the start. I ordered additional services "in case I needed them" but they assured me that I would be needing those services and offered to refund me right away. Most business would probably just charved the extra services and called it a day but the honesty and straight forwardness of this company was truly appreciated. They are easy to communicate and quick to reply. Even on wknds. I would highly recommend them for quick , accurate and fair priced services. I would definitely use them again!

Impressed by the quality, pricing and turn around time of the service. Revision requests were incorporated promptly. I also received the hard copy via FedEx as I requested with an extra fees.

Very please with the speed of service and quality of translation. I used another service prior to RushTranslate and gave up after spending a week of back and forth trying to get all documents submitted translated correctly. The service is a little more expensive than other options out there but you get what you pay for. Not only was the translation done in less than 12 hrs, it was accurate to the last detail. No back and forth was required. Will definitely use this service again and recommend to others as well.

I was completely satisfied by the quality of the service and I could always have my questions answered pretty quickly. However, the quality of translation could definitely be improved as I needed to request several revisions. Overall, it was satisfying, but some translations were completely wrong, some parts were not even translated and there were many typographic mistakes. So, I had to read carefully the translated documents to make sure everything was correct until I was satisfied. Fortunately, it is easy and convenient to get a translation revised, plus the process happens to be really quick.

The teams seem very responsive at first. The electronic translation was done in timely manner as advertise. I requested the 2 days shipping with fedex and I paid extra for it. I needed the translate document ink signed and sent to me. It has been 10 days since I received the electronic form, however I have not received yet the paper copy. So quality of translation is good. I translated my academic transcript from an exchange program. At first, I was worried about the quality of the translation but it turned out just fine. Since it was 1 page, the turnaround was 24hrs. I have had the opportunity to work with Rushtranslate for 3 jobs now. I chose the service because of the price. I would have given the service 3 or 4 stars based on my 1st two experiences with them. The thing keeping them from being 5 stars is that they work with freelance translators who eventually grow tired of completing those free revision requests. They will at times refuse to complete revisions. This is what brings them down to 3 stars, because despite this, the result appears to be a high quality translation. What brings them down to 1 star is 1) when they stop communicating with you or 2) don't tell you that they are having issues with their translators, and 3) when the staff approves revision requests that were completely ignored by the translator, thereby, placing their stamp of approval on a refused revision request, and then 4) to add salt to injury, not providing any reason whatsoever as to why they approved a revision without that revision having been completed.

The quality of the translation was really poor. There were too many mistakes and the translator didn’t take the time to check again the documents, the person only correct the specific mistake and no more and the translator didn’t even really review them, only put what I said in the mail. Also I write few things not like there were a mistake it was asking for a short explanation about them or I tried to explain the context to have a better translation but I never received an explanation about my doubts because I’m not a translator, the person only write exactly that I suggest without considering if it is correct with the background or not. I haven’t received the notarized documents yet that is in the payment.
