Quick turnaround, very professional

I was quite impressed with the job that RushTranslate did with a complex journalistic manuscript on a very short turnaround. I worried somewhat that the length of the project (~4,000 words) and extremely tight deadline (48-72 hours) might pose too much of a challenge, but the translation was interpretive and thorough. A separately hired proofreader found very little to correct and complimented the translation. Communication with the RushTranslate team could not have been better. Instant responses to emails on a Friday evening and further correspondence over the weekend, even arranging for me to see a partial translation on a Saturday night. I will absolutely be using this service again, and based on this project, I would not hesitate to recommend.

The script was not adapted to French Canadian for the context of our lunch healthy eating case study but France French. (Déjeuner-dîner-lunch). My VO talent in Quebec had to spend an hour tweaking the wording right for the French Canadian market which cost me and extra $100 so we're over budget for Translation & VO. Otherwise great service and turnaround.

I've used RushTranslate a few times over the span of several years. I believe my first translation was in 2018. I needed documents translated from English to French, and they have ALWAYS done a great job. Quick and professional work, and you can't beat the price! The last translation I ordered had a tiny error (the font on the original document wasn't the best) and they made the correction with a speedy turnaround time. I will continue to use their services in the future!

I normally work with a translator I trust. However, I received an extremely urgent request for a document and had to look somewhere else for a quicker turnaround time. Decided to give RushTranslate a try. Not only they provided a translation in less than 24h, but it was pretty accurate. It was a multi page document, they even kept the original document structure, tables and all. Also, even with the rush fee, it was still on the ballpark amount my translator would charge, except that it would take a week.  I'm pretty satisfied with the service.

Please don’t advertise that the turnaround time will be cut 50% if an additional cost is paid.  I paid  your fee of $14.95 to have 1 legal document translated with a notarized stamp and it took more than 24 hours.   You also fail to correct an error on your translation when I asked to be corrected.

Everyone I interacted with was very nice, courteous, and eager to give good service. However the translations themselves were quite poor. Luckily I can read the language that we were translating into, and when I reviewed the documents I found multiple errors, and in many cases inconsistencies with translations. I used RushTranslate for the entire green card visa process (so A LOT of translations) and I had to review many of the documents more than once (one time, there were 3 rounds of changes due to really sloppy inconsistencies). The turnaround was extremely fast, as well as the delivery of the documents. I was lucky to be able to spot errors but if you are translating your documents into a language you can't read well, I recommend asking someone to review before finalizing the order.

While searching on the internet I checked out several translation services sites and randomly - and must say with trepidation - selected RushTranslate for the first time.  Luckily they turned out to have superb service, quality, and turnaround time.  They met all my expectations and I am one hundred percent satisfied.

I was extremely impressed with the quick turnaround; the translation was completed almost immediately. I did find a couple of translation errors which I pointed out and were quickly corrected. Always a good idea to do careful QA of all translations regardless.
