I would recommend this EXPENSIVE service only if certain criteria is met: 1. You want to get this job done quickly (and virtually) 2. You need a notarized translation 3. You are familiar with the target language (because they will just run it on an algorithm and you will need to review it so they get rid of all mistakes manually. Latter, of course, if you choose not to have the special service of professional review for an extra payment. 4. You are not very price sensitive (they will charge you on a word-count basis: In my case it was one-page death certificate with recognized ~1000 words so they would charge a page every 250 words)

I would like to clarify that there is no "algorithm"; translations are completed by professional human translators and yes, mistakes can occur in the translation. However, most often, edits are required due to poorly legible text, changes to how names are spelled (always important to provide this information during the checkout process) or requests for a slightly different word selection (translations are highly subjective). We offer a free and easy to use revision process to address any concerns with the translation. Please contact the support team if you have any questions.

The process was quite simple. Quality was fine. Took longer than the estimated 24 hours even though we only had one page with very few words. Still grateful that it was faster and less expensive than other companies.

Everything was responded to quickly and supposedly new documents are on the way, but I've lost at least one more day, possibly two, because the order I approved and the order I was sent are not the same - one document was missing and one was repeated.

I recently used Rush translate to translate a birth & death certificate from English to Serbian. They were very prompt and the translation was almost perfect. Had to correct a couple of misspellings and numbering. I would suggest Rush does a little deeper review before they send any docs. I would use them again.

Unfortunately, the printed version arrived during a snowstorm and since it was in a cardboard mail package, the stamp were washed off and I cannot use the document anymore. Maybe there can be an alternative delivery method, especially given that I paid extra $13 for priority mail?

I am overall very satisfied with the translation of my document from English into French. There were two minor spelling errors, namely, the capitalization of two nationality adjectives in French (which are not capitalized in standard French), but this does not take away from the overall quality of the work.
