Dear Rush Translate, Thank you for the service. I have to say, I am truly disappointed with this translation. I decided to place additional orders with you primarily because the first translation was a good quality, and there were very few corrections necessary. However, with the last one - it just seemed to be a poor Google Translate quality, it was hard to believe that it was done by a human translator for whom Japanese was a native language. Our team had to redo the entire translation, I am sorry to say, though this particular order was a waste of time and money.

I was overwhelmed about the expeditious handling of the translation I ordered. The quality is incredible and the price affordable. Great job!

The process was excellent. It probably took less than a minute to upload the documents, select the service, and submit the payment. The turnaround was faster than expected. Thank you for the quick response, the quality of the translation is excellent. I send in 15 pages received back 16 but charged me for 20 pages which I don’t appreciate.

I requested two different orders. In both orders errors were made in names that either (1) were already in English (the language I requested the translation to) !!! so this there's no good reason for that or (2) I explicitly asked to write a certain way in the notes. Very disappointing to need to review every single word they translate since you can't trust the quality even in the simplest things after paying such a high amount for every single page (and the pages I asked to translate barely had any words in them)

Really disappointed! I choose this Company for my document translation for the good reviews they had. Obviously I needed this document back on time and yes it was sent back as estates (24 hours), but with so many errors. How it supposed to be approved if it has been certified but with errors?? I just hope they get back to me quick and get this document corrected ASAP. Really bad quality translation and so disappointed.
