We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and as such, we never have direct access to your credit card information, and it never touches our servers. Our payment processor, Braintree, which is owned by PayPal, is fully compliant with the highest level of security standards (PCI DSS), and they use advanced encryption techniques to protect your data.
Cardholder data is managed in the Braintree Vault, using multiple encryption keys with split knowledge and dual control. A data thief would not be able to make use of information stolen from a database without also having the key. And regardless of that, there are no known leaks from Braintree/PayPal that would impact you.
We have already provided you with the necessary information via email, and we are confident that your data was not compromised through our website. In your email response you said you've contacted the police and FBI.

How you suppose to be a professional and have experience already and your customer adjusting your work!!!!
