I was in a hurry to get a important document translated from Portuguese to English. I found about RushTranslate through the internet. It was really well evaluated and did not think twice to decide for their service. I requested the translation on Friday night, hoping that they could answer me on Monday. Not only they replied in the same day, but also had the translation ready for review on Sunday. And Monday it was ready with all the whistles and bells. High quality service!!

Error about the time my son was born, the first sentence. The algorithm could be better... at least double check the main info of a document. So here it is a birth certificate, the date is ok and not the time which is an important info

Placed the order on 11th and paid for expedited delivery and expedited shipping but received SLOW SERVICE.
The file will arrive a week later, on the 16th, even though I paid $40 for overnight shipping and $30 for fast turnaround and processing.

Average experience. If you need to translate a very important document and/or are not fluent in the language it's going to be translated to, I would definitely not recommend the service. I had three documents translated and all of them came back with mistakes, which I wouldn't have been able to identify if I wasn't fluent in the translated language. I then had to reach out and ask for a correction, which shouldn't happen in the first place considering the price. The positives were that the translations as well as the correction were done in a very short timeframe (less than 24 hours) and the wording in the translated documents were chosen well for the most part.

I was quite happy at first: the service personell seemed eager to help and even issued a refund spontaneously because the file was smaller than what I indicated and paid for. The price is also decent. Unfortunately my satisfation ends there: the document was translated without any care. I had to state what the correct translation for many terms was, I had to point out chunks of text that were out of place. I just submitted my 3rd revision request due to out-of-place text. Anyone that spent 2 minutes comparing the files and performing a quality check would realize things are out of place or just plain wrong. It would have been fine as an oversight in the first document, but a third time is too much for a professional getting paid to do this.
Many sentences in the delivered file were incomplete, wrong, or had "pieces" of other sentences amidst other unrelated text. Unfortunately I needed to have a "certified translation", so I had to pay for this service which paired me with a translator that was clearly less able to do the job than me, the paying client. Overall disappointing, which is a shame.
My apologies for the issues in your translation and the need for multiple rounds of revisions to make it right.
