I would assume it is probably unlucky but I had less than a page that needed to be translated (birth certificate) and there was a mistake. I was surprised that I was the person that had to proof read the document. That is why I am using a translation service. What if I don’t speak both languages?  The service was really quick though! 

Some mistakes the first time round, but the amendments were made extremely quickly so no complaints!

Very easy process. Quick turnaround time, I received my translated document within 24 hrs. There was a error in the spelling of my last name so I requested a revision and it came back corrected within half an hour. Great service. Will use again. Thanks! 

I was extremely impressed with the quick turnaround; the translation was completed almost immediately. I did find a couple of translation errors which I pointed out and were quickly corrected. Always a good idea to do careful QA of all translations regardless.

Very easy / smooth to work with and very professional. Would definitely recommend. Only suggestion would be to always thoroughly check the data in the translation (dates, numbers, etc). Went back and forth about 4 times before we all got it right. 

The translation is really good and was very fast however i needed the actual hardcopies and needed this week. The package was sent on Monday since Wed. they are postponing and USPS site says it will be delivered on Saturday. It was supposed to be 2-3 day delivery. You guys should offer better carrier services like Fedex and Ups etc. Disaappointed.

I am generally happy with the service provided (translation from simplified Chinese to English). The turnaround is very quick. Though there are a few misses and errors in the translation in the initial draft, they are all corrected in the subsequent request for revision. The final certified and notarized version looks very nice.

Best service and faster

This was my first time using rushtranslate. I received my order in less than 24 hours.  The accuracy and the professionalism was well executed.  I will use it again. 

Great and super fast customer service. Quality of the translation is without issue as well. As certificates had to be translated it would have been nice to meet the respective layout of said certificate in the translation. Thus only 4 of 5 stars.

The service was fast, but the quality was lacking. Literal translations were not corrected, so I had to fix them myself.

RushTranslate did a great job of turning our document around on a short notice. The quality of the translation is very good, the only feedback I have is that the formatting was a bit all over the place (change of fonts and sizing) so reformatting after took some time. It was easy to navigate the site. Communication was good even though via email. Turnaround was fast. The price was pretty reasonable also.    Having said that, when I first got the document for approval, I noticed some information was obviously in the owrong place.  I am glad it was caught prior to being finalized. Couldn't have imagined what would happen if I missed it.    I am satisfied overall.

Seamless and easy process. Translation was factually correct, but had some gaps (e.g., looking up specific vocabulary, omitting standard abbreviations…) 

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, 24 hour turnaround and customer service that responded to my inquiries same day. My original document was handwritten and some of the text was not very legible so the translation had a few errors but they corrected them same day when I asked for revisions. Will definitely use them again if I need translation services

I contacted three companies and Rushtranslate was the only one to give me a fair price and then completed the work in well under the time frame I selected.   There was one error, but only because a handwritten date on the document could easily be mistaken for another. The company at the top of the google search never got back to me when I asked questions, with two different translators, but then continued to spam my email for days.  The other one was ridiculously priced. Rushtranslate was extremely efficient and reasonably priced.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The translation was great and super fast. Got it by email which was what I needed.  Had to ask ask to send my translation again because my last name was wrong and they did it in less than 30 minutes. So happy!
