Very fast service!! Very high quality of translation. I am fluent Spanish/English and I needed documents notarized and translated from Spanish to English for family immigration purposes and they were very well presented and the translation was perfect and fast. This was the first time I used any translation services in USA. This is as excellent a translation as I could have asked for. The document was an 1852 newspaper, in Dutch. The ink of the paper had faded a bit before the paper was digitized and the paper of the paper appears to be a blue, not offering the contrast needed to make it easy on the eyes. A few of the sentences will require a revision, which I think stems from the language being 170 years old and unfamiliar, and not a problem with the translator. I knew that I needed to have reasonable expectations and this translation met them. Further, the translation came sooner than expected. The price here was more affordable than other sites I have used.

You could simply say that the normal price is 25 dollars per page or per 2500 words....But you offered a discount, due to the amount of pages I was supposed to have translated. You definitely have to review it carefully (my birth certificate had my family name typed wrong throughout the article even though I gave them the correct spelling twice.) but overall satisfied. That being said, it will require the customer side to proofread.

Requesting, turnaround was quick and great price too! Site/explanation of services needs to be more clear that the pdf will not be exactly on document. It was hard to figure out what went where when we received the translation and have to transpose to our original document.

Great service and good quality of the translations, although I'm going to be honest, paying $45 to get a page of <100 words translated and stamped is way too much. Did it because of urgency but would not recommend fo anyone based on that price. Let's say $25 is acceptable, but charging $20 for including an "official translation" page that takes 5 seconds to attach is not ok. Hope this helps you guys =)

Great service for a great price.

They were awesome! The translation was perfect and it was done in 1 day. Also, the price was very affordable.  I would use it again and I would recommend it to a friend.  

This was the first time that I used Rush Translate services, I submitted a Birth Certificate for translation and the quality of the translation provided was not as good as expected. The service was good though and the website was easy to use. I was able to submit comments regarding corrections for the translation and the time of response was approx 24 between every correction. I got my final translation notarized in a week.  For the initial translation they changed my city of birth and made 12 more mistakes. Then I requested the correction and enclosed the PDF document with annotations, but they only corrected 2 errors of the 12 that I had requested. The second correction still had a few errors and finally, they sent the correct translation on the third attempt. Luckily I am very fluent in both languages and I managed to detect the critical errors, e.g. book number and city of birth. However, I think about users who are not fluent in English, because they are jeopardizing that their immigration procedures would be delayed due to an incorrect translation.  In addition, this website doesn't guarantee that their translations are going to be accepted by USCIS. I checked online and there are other companies that offer you a 100% acceptance rate by USCIS or they give you back your money. Next time I am going to spend a few more dollars and try a company that has more compromise with their customers.  In conclusion, the price was good, the website was user-friendly and the waiting time was acceptable, but the quality of the translation wasn't as good as expected.
