I wish that was easier, or that a preview was available, so I could download the files under the understandable names, and not under numerical codes. Quality: I am unable to review the translation at this point. I assume it is correct, so giving that piece 5 stars. Service: I purchased a certified translation and notarization service. For notary, the advertisement saying valid in all states is misleading as it turned out in my case. To contact support, email is the only option. No way to reach a person on the phone quickly. You don't really have a point of contact as lead you to believe during the quote process. Overall it's hit or miss depending on which agent you hit and I found most responses effectively saying, tough luck try us next time. As for how quick the service is, the translation will be done in 24 hours, but they take another 24 hours to ship it out. So not very "Rush" I would stay away from them in the future.

Service is good what I can’t say about the quality. I had only one and the main request for the translator to text my name as I asked it to be done and my request was ignored. Also was a mistake in my Surname.

RushTranslate offers an excellent service. They are quick and their translations have high quality. The support agents are very kind. They permit you to suggest replacing words with others you consider more appropriate. Additionally, you can request as many revisions as necessary. If you request the translation of different documents in one order, but you need the documents separately, I suggest you ask for that at the beginning of the service order.

I had an one-page document that needed to be translated. The translation was completed overnight. I was impressed by the prompt and high quality service.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since it was solicited… here it is. Positives: Very responsive, easy to navigate and easy to use website. Quality of work: I won’t be using the translated document. The formatting of the end result leaves a lot to be desired (text alignment, font consistency etc.) Part of the text was not initially translated - I caught it and submitted request for revision which was promptly completed, however after it was finalized, I noticed other issues such as the course code containing the letter “B” somehow became a numeral “8”. Perhaps the document was translated using OCR? In any case, I will be paying for another translation elsewhere, perhaps little less rushed. Willingness to recommend? - If you’re in a hurry and don’t necessarily need professional looking results, sure.

I have used Rush Translate twice and the company name reflects the efficiency in their translation. I had 9 pages to translate from French to English and they were done in 3 days. Once the translation were done, they send you a note for review and confirmation before notorization. I was in a rush to get everthing translated and notorized, and I was very happy with the speed, quality.  When I contacted the customer service for my second translation work, their response was super fast, efficient and customer oriented.
