Very professional work and quick turnaround.

Great (and accurate) translation and very quick turnaround (<48 hours), this saved my life.

Pros: Clean, easy to understand website, straight forwards order process Cons: Despite an "estimate" of 48 hour turnaround, after asking for an update I finally got the first draft about 6 hours after the 48 hours. I specifically chose this company because of the stellar reviews and "quick turn around time". After this experience, I would not want to use them again. The first draft I got was not satisfactory. Apparently, to RushTranslate the word "environmental studies" translates to "ecology" in Russian. Some of the words of academic associations were not translated, and neither were the abbreviations for courses. After complaining, they were promptly fixed. When I pointed out what I thought were further errors, they corrected me, which is fine and I'm glad they did. However, I wasn't thrilled that you finalized my order without my okay, but in your defense I expressed urgency and you offered to correct it further if I wasn't satisfied, so its fine. You guys tried, and I'm grateful. Your email support was good, but you did not provide, on this order, that extra mile of offering partial refunds for the trouble. That is the difference between good service and excellent service. I waited patiently those 48 hours trusting you would live up to your 98% on time estimates and reviews but sadly I fell into the 2% of late orders. Judging by how you respond to complaints on BBB, I might get scorched by you on here for my experience. Regardless, thank you for your work, it is appreciated.  

I loved the service. Customer support was quick to respond to my requests. The translation quality was high at a competitive price. Reviewing minor edits took a little longer than I expected delaying turnaround time. However, overall I believe the service is excellent. I appreciated the quick and clear communication and the easy-to-use website.  Turnaround was faster than anticipated.  While I do not speak/read the language we had our document translated into, I noticed some errors (missing spaces after periods, inconsistent capitalization at beginning of sentences and for names).  It makes me think that there are probably some translation/spelling errors as well.  For this use, perfection was not necessary, but I would be hesitant to use it for client-facing documents.

We received prompt email updates at every step of the process letting us know next steps. When we first received the translation back, we found several errors. We submitted a revision request, which was a quick and easy process online. We received the revised copy back within hours, and everything is correct on the second version. While the turnaround time was fast, the quality was absolute garbage for my marriage certificate. I'm sure they had a stock translation for the certificate from my country; however, I basically had to do the translation myself. There were over 12 mistakes for 3 pages with very little words that were written. I can understand spelling mistakes for names, but whole addresses were left out. If I had more time, I wish I could've gotten my services elsewhere.

The service and quality were great. The only thing to keep in mind is to try not to pay for Expedited Turnaround because it will be unlikely to make it any faster. Other than that everything else were great.

I was amazed at the speed of the turnaround!  I paid a little extra but it was worth it.  I had my translation back on the same day!! The quality of the translation was also very good.  It was much better than copying and pasting into Google Translate. I was very satisfied. We used RushTranslate in order to have a press release for a prestigious Humanitarian Award translated into Arabic. We chose the service for it's quick 24 hours turnaround. However, before sending out the press release to our media lists, I ran it by a few of my colleagues in Jordan who are fluent in Arabic. They reported that there were many grammatical errors -- and that it looked like it came out of Google Translate. Very disappointing and we won't be using this service again.

Turnaround for us was just over one day, compared to other translating services where I’ve had to wait 2+ weeks this was such a pleasant experience! They didn’t over charge us for what we needed translated. Definitely coming back to use this service again!!

Quick turnaround time and precise translation. I did notice a typo in translation and it was corrected within 15 minutes after contacting them. The customer service is great, price is very reasonable and the document was translated well!

While the turnaround is extremely fast, the quality was not that great. We had to submit multiple revisions for very basic spelling\grammatical errors. When you take in the fact that the document being translated to English was already bi-lingual (Kannada\English), those errors are hard to ignore. That being said, after we corrected the document twice, we did end up with what needed.

Quick turnaround, However, kept misspelling my dad's name (should be detailed and meticulous following the spelling on the birth certificate without me or my lawyer needing to check it.

The overall experience was great.  I submitted a document to be translated and notarized with the request of a 12hr turnaround. The document was translated within 10 hrs and it was notarized in 13hrs. Pretty great for a last minute and overnight request. 

24 hour turnaround on the draft prepared for my review and approval.  All of the words were translated correctly.  The translation document was clear, professional, and contained the certification and notarization seals I had paid for.  Their customer service email support also had great response time for the one item I had emailed them about.
