Amazing service, high quality translation in a very fast turnaround time. The website and interface is clear and super friendly, it's easy to upload files and there are several options to choose from. Their support is excellent, fast and very helpful, you can even request changes in the documents if something is not exact (like spelling of names for example). All in all, I highly recommend and will definitely use it again.

Very fast turnaround, and looks great!

I handed in two German letters of recommendation to be translated into English and notarized. The process was fast, with a quick turnaround of the initial translations within 48 hours.  The support I received from staff facilitating and communicating with me was outstanding, very attentive and friendly and helpful. The two translations were done by two different translators, I assume. While one was good and thorough and my requested adjustments were performed instantly, I rather doubted the capabilities of the second translator. This translation was not done by a native speaker of English, I am certain, and their knowledge of English was limited. As a result, the translation required several edits - even of items I had clearly highlighted and asked to be changed explicitly. I understand that RushTranslate reserves the right of the translator to disagree with suggested edits, but in this case I mean the translator repeatedly ignored my request without comment and required me to become more insistent than I cared to be. The technical process of submitting, resubmitting and downloading all files was comfortable and flawless. Thank you.  

The translation of the birth certificate was on point, quick turnaround (less than 48 hours), and met the standards of the Consulate. I wanted a non-certified translation in Word (*.doc) and I got that because that is what was requested by the Consular General. I appreciate your service and I will use it again in the future. Used the service twice. Both turnaround  is good. 2 things i wasn't happy with: 1- Instructions for apostille is very vague and confusing. 2- customer support is not much help. You are pretty much on your own.  

Easy to use. Fast & Accurate Delivery. The quick turnaround was just what I needed to avoid any delays in submitting this document alongside an application. One revision was necessary, due to an oversight in the instructions on names when requesting the translation, which was handled promptly and without issue.

Fast turnaround, great quality service! Some of the original files to be translated were nearly 30 years old and partially illegible, and were translated with no errors! There were 2 minor typos in the initial translation which were quickly addressed within hours of requesting a revision. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for quality certified translations.

My only complaint was with the expedited service that estimated a 12 hour turnaround. I received mine back about 17-19 hours after my order submission. I did email customer support around the 12 hour mark and I thankfully got a prompt response with an update/reason for the delay. Regardless, I did pay for the expedited service and received it a little late. It also would have been nice if they had reached out to me first to ease my worries. Other than that, the translation was good and the paperwork was sufficient.

I must say that I am very impressed by the quality of the translation! (French to English) Incredibly fast turnaround + response time. They basically respond within 30 min! super quick response and turnaround.  needed to order 2 copies of the translated document but the website doesn’t offer the option to choose the number of copies so its a bit confusing.  paid for 2 pages (500 words) but we received a refund for the difference  right away. Will definitely use rushtranslate again if needed. 

The service was completed in a timely manner - they did fulfill their promise of 24 hour turnaround. The translation did have small errors - my name on my birth certificate was misspelled, which I tried to avoid by providing them with the correct spelling of my name, at the time of placing my order. Unfortunately the translator didn't seem to have paid attention to the information I provided and the first version of my birth certificate was with my name misspelled. Thankfully the support handled the issue quickly and I received a new version with my name finally spelled correctly within several minutes. Altogether I am satisficed with the service.

Loved the fast turnaround. Usually, proper nouns are not translated as in my Italian to English translation "Instituto Nazionale della Providenza Sociale", should not have been translated to "Italian Social Security". Otherwise, good translation and fast return.
