I needed my diploma translated because it was in Latin. The email communication was supportive. Receipts of everything were available for download. And there are many options for your translation like hard copies and notarization. I received the digital translation as I requested, and it looks beautiful and legitimate. There is a digital stamp and signature for validity. The translation seems accurate. I am really pleased because I needed the translation sort of quickly, and they delivered. I will come back again. My experience with your company was extremely negative. I submitted multiple documents from my bank and the translator changed the names of the files which created a lot of confusion. The documents had to be shipped three times because files were duplicated and some were missing. You have no phone support so Instead I received rude unrofessional emails. Each time I contacted your company a different person responded. Instead of having one person handling my order you have too many people involved which made it more confusing. For $500 I really think that I deserved phone support

I'm sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. We no longer offer live phone support as it was not an effective way to accurately assist our clients who speak a wide variety of languages. We do provide customer support 7 days a week for 16-20 hours per day so it is not unusual to receive replies from various members our team. That said, we do apologize that it took multiple shipments to get you all the correct documents.

Fast response, Accurate enough, Free Quote was helpful. I will use this service again. The one problem I had was that finalising(notarisation) process took a few days after I approve the translation. If you are in a hurry, you will have to take these days into account. The good thing is that the support desk replied to my confirmation quickly.

RushTranslate made the process of ordering easy and provided a quick turn-around service. Unfortunately, attention to detail was lacking. I went through 3 revisions due to spelling mistakes I pointed out in the first revision. To their credit, they answered my emails quickly and promptly revised the translation. My advice would be to run your translations through a spell check before sending them to your clients — that would save us all a lot of time.
