I didn't get what I asked for or what I needed... what I asked for was that my German birth certificate was translated to English on a legal American birth certificate... All I got was an English translation which was on my birth certificate to begin with.... so very disappointed ☹️

We cannot provide you with an American birth certificate, nor can your German birth certificate be converted to an American birth certificate. I struggled with making the payment for several days, it appeared as if issue was information about the bank card I was linking being entered incorrectly, however my bank assured me indicated that there is no problem with the card. It appears a glitch was with the website. I thank all the agents that responded to my queries promptly and with patience. Besides that, everything was quite straightforward and efficient, translation was completed within 8 hours after payment was successful. RushTranslate helped a lot, fees are also reasonable, I am satisfied with the overall service.

I reached out to them last friday for an emergency translation. They got back to me within the hour. Their ETA was 24 hours. Since it was a friday, I assume I would get the translation back the following monday. The translation was completed the next day saturday. It was accurate. They did a great job and I appreciate them sticking to their timeline.

I had an excellent experience with RushTranslate. I needed a foreign driver's license translated to English and got a quote first. The team responded within minutes to ask what state I'm in to help me make sure that RushTranslate's services would be accepted by the local DMV (almost all states do accept them). I felt this was such a transparent thing to do when they could have just translated it and charged me without knowing whether it was helpful. The translation was excellent, I had minor comments that they fixed almost instantaneously. I highly recommend their services!

My wife and I got married abroad in Greece and needed to translate the marriage certificate in order to change her name. Whereas the Social Security Administration estimated weeks to send it off for translation, RushTranslate translated it in less than a day.
