Overall good service. There were two pretty material errors in the first translation provided but they quickly corrected the errors!

I thought the translation should be in its original format, but it turned out to be a pdf file with only simple texts.

Wow, I ordered a one page translation in French and I assumed I would receive it on Monday being that I ordered it on a Friday. But, to my surprise, I had the translation within 12 hours even without paying for the expedited service. The translation looks great and it seems it is just what we needed. I would highly recommend the service and I would use Rush again when needed.

The service and quality were both great. The translation was very short and easy, so I can't speak to the company's ability to do more complicated translations. But they handled mine perfectly. I also think the price was significantly too high for the amount translated, but their prices were not higher than other similar services I looked at.

what is the last part? It is written very clearly : 3pages of 3.Nothing else; I was able to print it at least but I still don't understand where is the 4th page ;IT'S NEVER BEEN THERE!!!

As was explained previously, the physical page count does not determine pricing. Rather, the total word count is used to determine the number of pages of certified translation. We follow the industry standard of defining a page of certified translation as 250 words, max. As such, we take the total word count and divide by 250 to arrive at the number of pages of certified translation that are required to complete a given order. I don't even know how to begin saying this.. but RushTranslate is just AMAZING!! I sent a document from the 70's and honestly I couldn't even understand a single word from it...
