It was easy to navigate the site. Communication was good even though via email. Turnaround was fast. The price was pretty reasonable also. Having said that, when I first got the document for approval, I noticed some information was obviously in the owrong place. I am glad it was caught prior to being finalized. Couldn't have imagined what would happen if I missed it. I am satisfied overall.

The quality of the translation is very good, the only feedback I have is that the formatting was a bit all over the place (change of fonts and sizing) so reformatting after took some time. My original document was handwritten and some of the text was not very legible so the translation had a few errors but they corrected them same day when I asked for revisions. I contacted three companies and Rushtranslate was the only one to give me a fair price and then completed the work in well under the time frame I selected. There was one error, but only because a handwritten date on the document could easily be mistaken for another. The company at the top of the google search never got back to me when I asked questions, with two different translators, but then continued to spam my email for days. The other one was ridiculously priced. Rushtranslate was extremely efficient and reasonably priced. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

One issue I found is that the translator who worked on my documents both times did not capitalize the letters that should be capitalized. It is completely fine for reading purposes, but you may find the result less professional.

I had no problems contacting the company and the person I dealt with was friendly... my only issue is when I sent the document for a quote, even they didnt realize it was already translated ON the document in English. There was no need for the translation... I noticed once I received the translated birth certificate. Oh well... money wasted but I will use them again should I need the service.

Thanks for posting the review and sorry for any misunderstanding. Bi-plural documents are translated on a regular basis because end users like USCIS require certified translations, even when there is an English version available in the document. Essentially, the receiver doesn't want to be in a position where they assume that all the foreign language text in the document is also represented in English. Japanese to English
The translation quality itself was fine, but I think the translated document needs to be proof read before being uploaded. We had to go through extra rounds of revisions because there were punctuation errors, inconsistent translations, misspelling, and requested revisions not being reflected. That being said, turnaround time was good and the customer support was excellent - extremely responsive and flexible with my needs.
