I think it’s best to charge the customer the quote amount and then readjust it once the final translation is done.

I was disappointed with this translation. It seemed as if parts were done using Google translate, with no human review. Just for example the word "marital" appeared without context (this is a settlement agreement for a personal injury lawsuit), and the word "don't" which is out of place in a legal document. Generally this was not readable. I have used your service in the past but am reluctant to do so in the future.

I was very happy with RushTranslate.  I had an opportunity to provide correct names spelling and it was captured as I had requested.  My documents were delivered timely within 24.  Also, they do allow correction prior to approval which is an important option.  The notarization takes some additional time, so if you order translations with notarization, allow several extra hours.  Quality of translation is very good.  Even old hardly visible on original documents stamps, dates, and locations were translated and captured.  And the last compliment to the RushTranslate is that the website is very easy and user friendly.  Placing an order took couple minutes. I would highly recommend RushTranslate.

Important to check over the document fully in all it's details. I found a couple mistakes, particular with numbers. However, when I reached out to customer service for assistance in correcting the mistakes as well as general questions, they were very responsive and helpful in both matters. The quality of this translation is not really good, it basically just translates the word with no order, I am not even sure I can use it. 

I use the service all the time for my law firm for different languages and its always fast, efficient and accurate. 

I needed one page translated, and they did it super fast. When I got it back I realized that one of the names was spelled differently, so I asked them to change it and they got it back to me within an hour. Great experience

I found the translator was not so meticulous on my documents and I had to revise it myself. 

There Al were many names misspelled, and dates that were wrong. I had to review the translation twice before it was acceptable for me. I was sincerely hoping to be ok on the first try or maybe one or two minor mistakes but there were several.
