the service was great and efficent.

The website is really easy to use, the service is very fast and all my comments about the translation were taking into considerations. However, the translator i had was sloppy (didn't double check the translation, forgot to translate parts of the documents) and a bunch of the words were not proprely translated.

the meaning of most words are wrong. i would like to have another one more translate back. this is my second time using this rushtranslate. the first one was perfect but this one don't even worth one star. i wrote the name so that he or she who will translate will type the exact name but he or she messed it up and also they used he for she.  a lot like to have one more translate back.

Quick and fast service, just as advertised. I had more of a problem scanning the legal-size documents on a letter-sized scan, but after my second cup of coffee, I learned what I was doing wrong. The translation needed to go through two revisions. First time one of the last names was incorrectly spelled and the date was in a wrong order, second time another last name was incorrectly spelled. The revisions went quick, less than 24hr for each.

I did not like the translation. In the past I ordered some certified translation with you guys and it was completely different, it was well done, looks professional. Now I ordered some bank statement translation and it looks so bad. The person that translated didn’t ever bother to write the name of the bank in the translation. I’m not satisfied at all. So sad!

Excellent translation! I needed the vaccination certificate translated so I could get import approval by the CDC. They were able to translate the stamps which had important information needed for the import application.

Good and speedy service. The ability of the client to review and approve (or request modifications) is particularly important in case of translation to/from languages using different alphabet, as transliteration is often arbitrary, and the spelling of names must be exact in every language.

RushTranslate helped me with two early 19th century French documents, each in cursive--almost like a Ronde writing style. They are hard to understand for a 21st Century reader. The translations were fantastic and done within 24 hours. Don't know how they did it. Very well done!
