Fast service! 

The service was very quick and generally high quality. There were a few typos, most likely due to poor quality originals, but the team turned every revision around within a day, and all the corrections were accurate. I would definitely recommend this service.

This is my second time using the service. Good and fast translation service overall. One issue I found is that the translator who worked on my documents both times did not capitalize the letters that should be capitalized. It is completely fine for reading purposes, but you may find the result less professional.

1st of three was pretty fast, helps to send an old translation to help with specific names.  I’ll see if the visa people except it or not.

Translation quick and correct

Rush Translate offers such great service and attention. We use them whenever we need certified translation service and have always been satisfied with their work.

I had no problems contacting the company and the person I dealt with was friendly... my only issue is when I sent the document for a quote, even they didnt realize it was already translated ON the document in English. There was no need for the translation... I noticed once I received the translated birth certificate. Oh well... money wasted but I will use them again should I need the service.

Many words were mistranslated. HAd to revise twice 

The translation quality itself was fine, but I think the translated document needs to be proof read before being uploaded. We had to go through extra rounds of revisions because there were punctuation errors, inconsistent translations, misspelling, and requested revisions not being reflected. That being said, turnaround time was good and the customer support was excellent - extremely responsive and flexible with my needs.

Very good prompt service

Turnaround was fast and revision was even faster. They correct misspelled names within  an hour. Superb professional company.   

Translation was on point, the only reason I give a 4 star review in service is because I had to ask for the status of the order and received it after the 24 hours original agreement. 

The service is prompt, both for the initial translation and subsequent revisions. That aspect is obviously helpful when you require an official translation within a short time frame. However, I have been surprised by varying degrees of quality over two different occasions using the service. The amount of editing I have had to do and pass along for revisions--ranging from basic grammar, appropriate vocabulary, and attention to details in dates--has been frustrating at times. My worry would be that if a client didn't have a grasp of the target language in translation, they would potentially end up with poorly translated or unprofessional documents without knowing it.

You have the translation properly made in less than 24 h in a good format. The customer service works good. All i can i say it was perfect and fit 100% to my request

Great service

Thank you for following up, we were pleased with the final results however it took much longer than anticipated. There were errors in dates that needed to be corrected and that was done. I realized later that it took 3 translators which makes sense. I will use the companies services again.

I handed in two German letters of recommendation to be translated into English and notarized. The process was fast, with a quick turnaround of the initial translations within 48 hours.  The support I received from staff facilitating and communicating with me was outstanding, very attentive and friendly and helpful. The two translations were done by two different translators, I assume. While one was good and thorough and my requested adjustments were performed instantly, I rather doubted the capabilities of the second translator. This translation was not done by a native speaker of English, I am certain, and their knowledge of English was limited. As a result, the translation required several edits - even of items I had clearly highlighted and asked to be changed explicitly. I understand that RushTranslate reserves the right of the translator to disagree with suggested edits, but in this case I mean the translator repeatedly ignored my request without comment and required me to become more insistent than I cared to be. The technical process of submitting, resubmitting and downloading all files was comfortable and flawless. Thank you.

Great and quick review. My name was misspelled in the translation and it was quickly adjusted. 

As a translator myself I could only notice that the text was translated very literally. Which is not usually a problem for legal documents, but here I had to make some changes.

I never received notification that the translation was completed so I do not know for certain how fast it was. I would of liked to receive an email as soon as the translation was completed. The site was recommended from my attorney so I am certain the quality is great.

The translation was promised in good time. A word had been missed but our solicitor was satisfied regardless.

Fast service, but i don't recommend anyone to get the notarized option, it wasn't actually worth for the money. Overall just get a normal service it will be good already.

Fast and realiiable

The service was quick and of hih quality. Only one vowel was omitted out of three pages text, and instantly updated. Overall, the service is rated SATISFACTORY

Pros: the translation and revision speed was very fast. The response came at most in 24 hours, and in most cases even faster.  Cons: attention to details needs improvement. In total I've made 26 update requests for translating vaccination records, spanned over 3 revisions. Why some many? I requested things like translate abbreviations for place of administering the vaccine, translate vaccine number, translate dates, etc. In some cases vaccine name was hard to read in Polish, but one could rebuild it by looking for similar records in the file and so on. All of those things are not hard to translate, they just require more attention and time to spend on the translation. 

The service was impeccable!  They truly live up to the rush standard in their name.  I had my entire document fully translated in less than half a day!  As for quality, that was good but not perfect.  I needed a translation from English to Spanish.  Fortunately I am married to a native Spanish speaker  and she found that they messed up the date display (mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy) as well as a couple word spellings and phrasing.  They were very quick to edit and made the needed corrections.  Pricing was also lower than other quotes I obtained.  I would highly recommend RushTranslate to anyone that truly needs a quick and complete translation!

RushTranslate did a good job going from a detailed French court document to English. I suggested a couple of changes, but it was clear that the translator had a very good grasp of French and English. Much better experience than another outfit I had used in the past.
