Great customer service, I was able to add another file even though the first files been done and about to ship. I really appreciate the great service. The translation itself is pretty accurate, I'm glad they sent me the translated file for me to review before finalize it. One of my my file was missing some words/numbers, but it got fixed after I pointed it out. I think whoever did mine just need to make sure all the words and numbers are exactly the same as the original file. Other than that, all good. Overall, I'm a happy customer!!! Thank you!

Original document was handwritten, so they requested extra time, but still completed the initial translation in 2 days, and after review, finalized the translation in less than a day. I sent my mother's birth certificate, issued in Venezuela in 1943 to several translators and all, but Rush Translate declined and accepted and then couldn't do it. They claimed the handwritten was hard to read. RushTranslate did the translation accurate and within 10 hours after uploading the document. Don't waist your time and energy with others..., RushTranslate is the real deal, professional and on time with the services. Furthermore, their customer support contacted me several times to let me know they'll handle my request. I couldn't be more happy and satisfy with their services.

The service was phenomenal! Here’s the timeline, submitted two birth certificate at 10:09pm MT, woke up at 3:00 am MT and found request for review in the email, looked over and submitted for acknowledge. Opened up the email at 10:04am the following day and found documents translated and notarized, that’s how quick and accurate it was! Company accepted the documents the same day! I highly recommend it!

And there are many options for your translation like hard copies and notarization. I received the digital translation as I requested, and it looks beautiful and legitimate. Fast response, Accurate enough, Free Quote was helpful. I will use this service again. The one problem I had was that finalising(notarisation) process took a few days after I approve the translation. If you are in a hurry, you will have to take these days into account. The good thing is that the support desk replied to my confirmation quickly.
