Very responsive completion of a challenging request to translate handwritten parts of documents.  My RushTranslate contacts were easy to communicate with and provided useful feedback that added to the quality of my translation request.  When one document proved too difficult to complete, the translator informed me and the company readily refunded the charge for that page.  I would definitely use them again if I have further needs.  Their price was very competitive with another company estimate I pursued.

While the service has a bit of a rocky start, I was very comforted in knowing the quality of service I received and the understanding the company gave me after a bit of a discrepancy over the price. However, the translation was great, the service was pleasant and understanding, and I appreciated the speed with which I received my documents.

The price of the translation with expedited service was very reasonable. The translation arrived in less than 2 hours.  There was a slight problem which was resolved in minutes.  The format of the translation was very close to that of the original (fonts, spacing, "stamps"). I requested 5 pages on Friday to be translated. I thought it was going to take more than 48 hours, I was impressed Sunday morning everything was done. Price is reasonable. I'm always going to be using rush translate, and I suggest it to anyone who needs translation.

I would say it was a good experience.  The document came in after the 12 hours, which was the expedited target.  Compared to other services I shopped, the price was very reasonable.  It was more like 21 hours turnaround.  The accuracy seems to be there regarding the translation.  Overall I'm grateful for the service.  A token gesture regarding the turnaround time would be nice.  When it comes time, I will definitely use this service again and tell the consulate about it.

Great website explained all i needed, good price but had to send translation of my BC for revision twice so far with 5 different things(typos , untranslated words , incorrect numbers)..just wish they would go over every word before they send it ...i feel like im doing someones else work for them...and i have to pay for it ...

Service is easy and quick. I got my document quickly and at a fair price. The quality is good, the only reason I don't give a 5 star is that it came with a couple of error in the first version. It was quickly corrected by the translator as soon as I highlighted them. Great service and translation, will use again.

The best price I could find out there. Very fast; I submitted my documents on a Friday and wasn’t expecting to get it until Tuesday (Monday was Jan 1st) and I got it all back on Saturday!  The two times I needed translation, the service was excellent.
