The quality was great, however I paid extra to have the doc translated in less than 12 hours and they did in almost 16,5 hours. It was still fast, but they shouldn't charge more for a service if they can't deliver on time.

Affordable, timely, and good quality service!

RushTranslate offers quick quality work. When I first saw the website I was skeptical of how reliable they'd be or if they'd need my routine input to get the documents translated, turned out to be very straightforward with not much to cause confusion. I would use their services again.

The staff were great when there was a problem and responded promptly, but I had to get my latest translation fixed three times. It was a very simple document and I needed it to be done quickly so I didn't do it myself. Their Japanese translator is unfortunately not good and I had to correct their translation. It was also not true to the original and they made multiple mistakes. I really liked this company when it was under rev and ordered multiple times before. I am unsure about the quality control now. I hope they change their Japanese translator as I'd like to use this company in the future.

I used RushTranslate 2 years ago, and by then I revised the documents just once before approval. I was satisfied with the service and decided to use it again. I was so wrong. This time I had to revise and correct each document four (!) times. I spent a lot of time doing it, but I could not do it by myself since I needed a certified translation. The protocol numbers on the documents were wrong, and the years were messed up, 2010 became 2019. The translator was not very attentive and focused. The support team replied to my complaints promptly, but the quality of the translation was terrible.

The website was easy to use, and I appreciated that the translation only took a couple of days. I got a shock when I paid for the translation because it was more expensive than I had expected - it turns out the cost quoted was in US dollars, and not Australian dollars. I am Australian and had expected the cost was in Australian dollars. I don't know if I missed some information on the website, but I was not aware I would be paying in US dollars. I would have looked for an Australian site if I had known. I don't feel I can comment on the quality of the translation since I have no idea what was written on the document I had translated, and I just have to assume that the translation is accurate.

Very satisfied especially with the staff and the rapidity and the quality of the service

I was quite happy at first: the service personell seemed eager to help and even issued a refund spontaneously because the file was smaller than what I indicated and paid for. The price is also decent. Unfortunately my satisfation ends there: the document was translated without any care. I had to state what the correct translation for many terms was, I had to point out chunks of text that were out of place. I just submitted my 3rd revision request due to out-of-place text. Anyone that spent 2 minutes comparing the files and performing a quality check would realize things are out of place or just plain wrong. It would have been fine as an oversight in the first document, but a third time is too much for a professional getting paid to do this. Many sentences in the delivered file were incomplete, wrong, or had "pieces" of other sentences amidst other unrelated text. Unfortunately I needed to have a "certified translation", so I had to pay for this service which paired me with a translator that was clearly less able to do the job than me, the paying client. Overall disappointing, which is a shame.

This is second time I used Rushtranscription. Service was excellent, but Quality (which is more important to me) was outstanding. I had French WWI military records transcribed, and translation was accurate and formatted exactly like the French Forms. For the benefit of Mac users, I normally use Macintosh Apple Pages Word Processing, and the docx format shows up in what I thought was a very satisfactory manner, but when I experimented with Microsoft 365, the result was outstanding, with greatly improved formatting. Either way, I think most people will be pleased, but the extra effort to use Microsoft WP is beneficial.

Fast and easy website! Very good customer service. Quality of the translation varies. I have never been able to have the commas reported correctly from French to English so I eventually surrendered the commas in the English translation.

The service is good and fast. The quality of the translation is bad as there were typos that proficient English speakers shouldn't make, and thus it needed extra revisions.
