I needed to get my birth certificate translated ASAP, so after reading great reviews I tried it out. I paid for half time translation and fast delivery. I started the process on Monday morning and the physical document was at my doorstep by Wednesday mid day!! That’s awesome! I paid for 12 hour turnaround but I didn’t receive that, I had to follow up myself and ask, I wish someone from the team had followed up with me and told me that there was a delay. But once the team member responded they we very responsive! Thank you.

The initial response was very good.  However, 10 days after shipping via USPS no documents have been delivered.  I paid for both an expedited turnaround and USPS Express Mail International.  Perhaps USPS may be adequate in the United States but Internationally it is certainly not acceptable.  Cheap never equates to better.  At this point, I have received no assistance relating to the delivery.  Although, receiving alerts from USPS that the address is incorrect, which it is not.  I must say Amazon seems to be able to deliver to the address without any issue.

I got the correction I needed to the commercial quote as I had a mistake in the page counts because I uploaded the source and the reference files at the time of quoting and I got the refund quickly after completing the order and contacting the customer support regarding the correct number of pages and characters' count.

Very quick turnaround. Only asked a few words to be translated and despite my name being very clearly noted on the request, the translator completely misspelled my name. I found that very sloppy and unnecessary. Made me think what other potential mistakes there would be in the translation (which I could not verify...).

We wanted a fast turnaround for the translation of a newly discovered letter from our adopted son's birth mother (Korean to English).  It was written at his birth and we just found out it existed.  We were promised the letter would be translated within twelve hours, but we received it back in half the time!  The quality of the work was exceptional and it was such a blessing to read the words.  We will certainly use Rush Translate for our next translation and highly recommend the service!
