I've received a certified translation of my diploma after half an hour via email (with Expedited Turnaround). In addition, the document was translated with a thesis title that I suggested in the Notes section (based on the current academic literature). Be careful when ordering special optional services! - Response from the RushTranslate support: "[...] Adding shipping service can indeed cause a delay to the completion of the order. We only finalize orders that include optional services such as notarization or shipping 3x during the day, Mon-Fri. By contrast, orders that do not include those optional services are finalized immediately upon completion, 7 days a week. [...]" 10/10 - My new default translation service.

Accurate,fast turnaround. I've used Rush translate before for my wife and using again for my step daughter. I would recommend them.

Requesting, turnaround was quick and great price too! Site/explanation of services needs to be more clear that the pdf will not be exactly on document. It was hard to figure out what went where when we received the translation and have to transpose to our original document.

Pros- Website is fairly easy to use. Accepts common formats for uploading files. Quick turnaround time as well. Cons- First translation was not acceptable, a section was completely omitted. Asked them to revise the document and second translation was satisfactory.

Ok. I am totally impressed with the work of this business. I was super skeptical at first because when it comes to confidential documents, most of the time I do not feel comfortable doing anything online; however, I need these three documents translated from Spanish to English asap. I chose the digital delivery and they gave me a turnaround of 24 hours and I think it was less than that and if not was so on point. I received the email with the order completed this morning and I just found out that one of the documents was the wrong one and I explained this to them by email they said that if it bear similarity they would submit it for revision. I was expecting another 24 hours delay, guess what? I used this site to order a translation of a marriage certificate that I needed rather quickly. Excellent service with such a short turnaround time. Although the order said it would take 24 hrs, the translation was available within 3 hrs. There was one minor mistake in the translation but that's fine.

I needed to get my birth certificate translated ASAP, so after reading great reviews I tried it out. I paid for half time translation and fast delivery. I started the process on Monday morning and the physical document was at my doorstep by Wednesday mid day!! That’s awesome! I paid for 12 hour turnaround but I didn’t receive that, I had to follow up myself and ask, I wish someone from the team had followed up with me and told me that there was a delay. The initial response was very good.  However, 10 days after shipping via USPS no documents have been delivered.  I paid for both an expedited turnaround and USPS Express Mail International.  Perhaps USPS may be adequate in the United States but Internationally it is certainly not acceptable.  Cheap never equates to better.  At this point, I have received no assistance relating to the delivery.  Although, receiving alerts from USPS that the address is incorrect, which it is not.  I must say Amazon seems to be able to deliver to the address without any issue.
