Pros: This website is super easy to use and had a very quick turnaround rate. Granted, I opted for the expedited turnaround since I needed the translation ASAP, regardless RushTranslate came through with their service. There was a minor typo that had to be revised but they fixed it quickly. Besides that, there weren't any real problems and I'm happy with the quality of my translation as I feel they did it correctly, to the best of my knowledge. I have to trust that they are experts and know what they are doing. Cons: My one complaint is that the Free Quote option on the website isn't automated. I was hoping that the Free Quote option would be able to tell me how many words my document had and in turn, it would tell me how much the translation would cost right away. Having that assumption and expectation may have been a mistake on my part, so after requesting a free quote and realizing that I would have to wait to find out, I just submitted a request for a translation since I was going to use RushTranslate regardless.  TL;DR: Great service, tool, and company. Had a great experience, would use them again, just wish the free quote option was automated. 

I needed 3 documents translated fast from 2 different languages into English and I'm extremely happy with the (less than) 24 hour turnaround and with the quality for a reasonable price!!! I totally recommend this company!!!

I was very pleased with Rush Translation. Price was fair and turnaround time was surprisingly fast! I requested an edition be made to the translation and they did it within the same day. Will use again!

Accurate, fast translation. Needed an urgent job done overnight, paid for a 12hr turnaround and they got it back to me in about 8hrs. Would recommend!

I am very thankful for the quality of your service.  Not only was the quality excellent, the price was reasonable and the turnaround was very fast.  My constructive feedback would be to somehow make it clearer at the beginning that supporting documentation (such as my own translations) could be uploaded together with the documents to be translated.  Somehow I missed that and it took me a couple tries to get it figured out. Thank you.  I know where to come the next time I need translations, and I'll be sure to recommend you.

The turnaround time to receive the translation was so quick, there was an error which was corrected within a couple of hours. Great service, will return here for any translation needs. 

The translator left the top of their template at the top of this document. Quick turnaround is appreciated, but this could have caused issues with the court submission. I recommend using a checklist for this sort of thing to make sure template material is not kept in the final translation. Thanks!

Quick turnaround, affordable price. Wish they had more options for pricing. I still paid for a 250 word translation when I only needed 4 to 5 phrases translated on a birth certificate. It was their shortest option. Approved by USCIS as a certified translator--that's helpful as well.

quick turnaround and professional review of my requested revisions based on the first draft. great price / quality. will return. some translated words in first edition seemed out of context but this was quickly rectified. so my suggestion is to do a good read on the first draft

A super fast turnaround and delivery and very responsive and friendly coordinator. I used another service I had found online and they messed up my order so I had to re-do it and was really worried but these guys saved the day. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.

As the name says rushtranslate helps you get your documents translated with a quick turnaround time. They are also very reliable. There was a typo in a document I got translated by then which when I reported, they fixed it in half a day. Very happy with their service.

Excellent service, great customer service, quick turnaround.

The turnaround time was just a bit longer than expected but other than that i was satisfied with the service. I gave the quality rating only because a rating was required. I can't review the quality of the translation as I forwarded it on to my customer for them to use as needed. For me this was a check the box request and I checked the box. I wouldn't be surprised if the same could be said for my customer.

I needed a couple of documents translated, I had them in two different languages -  Slovenian and German. They were very quick when it comes to replying to emails or calls, which was amazing because I needed the translations ASAP. I did the expedited turnaround, which was supposed to take around 24 hours, but it unfortunately took longer - almost three days, I am guessing because placed and order on Friday. Other than that, very quick and professional, good customer service! Would definitely recommend. 

Translation & Turnaround time was great. Only complaint is that I had to transcribe the documents myself since they were found to be too blurry for the translator which was time consuming and I would have rather paid you guys to do that LOL :) but I understand that isn't your services so that's not really anything against you. Thank you!

Great (and accurate) translation and very quick turnaround (<48 hours), this saved my life.

Pros: Clean, easy to understand website, straight forwards order process Cons: Despite an "estimate" of 48 hour turnaround, after asking for an update I finally got the first draft about 6 hours after the 48 hours. I specifically chose this company because of the stellar reviews and "quick turn around time". After this experience, I would not want to use them again. The first draft I got was not satisfactory. Apparently, to RushTranslate the word "environmental studies" translates to "ecology" in Russian. Some of the words of academic associations were not translated, and neither were the abbreviations for courses. After complaining, they were promptly fixed. When I pointed out what I thought were further errors, they corrected me, which is fine and I'm glad they did. However, I wasn't thrilled that you finalized my order without my okay, but in your defense I expressed urgency and you offered to correct it further if I wasn't satisfied, so its fine. You guys tried, and I'm grateful. Your email support was good, but you did not provide, on this order, that extra mile of offering partial refunds for the trouble. That is the difference between good service and excellent service. I waited patiently those 48 hours trusting you would live up to your 98% on time estimates and reviews but sadly I fell into the 2% of late orders. Judging by how you respond to complaints on BBB, I might get scorched by you on here for my experience. Regardless, thank you for your work, it is appreciated.  

I loved the service. Customer support was quick to respond to my requests. The translation quality was high at a competitive price. Reviewing minor edits took a little longer than I expected delaying turnaround time. However, overall I believe the service is excellent. Fantastic service! I had a wedding certificate to translate and it was done in less than 24hrs. There was a revision I put in this morning and got my final document before evening. I appreciated the quick and clear communication and the easy-to-use website.  Turnaround was faster than anticipated.  While I do not speak/read the language we had our document translated into, I noticed some errors (missing spaces after periods, inconsistent capitalization at beginning of sentences and for names).  It makes me think that there are probably some translation/spelling errors as well.  For this use, perfection was not necessary, but I would be hesitant to use it for client-facing documents.

Easy ordering process, quick turnaround for product.

While the turnaround time was fast, the quality was absolute garbage for my marriage certificate. I'm sure they had a stock translation for the certificate from my country; however, I basically had to do the translation myself. There were over 12 mistakes for 3 pages with very little words that were written. I can understand spelling mistakes for names, but whole addresses were left out. If I had more time, I wish I could've gotten my services elsewhere.

We received prompt email updates at every step of the process letting us know next steps. When we first received the translation back, we found several errors. We submitted a revision request, which was a quick and easy process online. We received the revised copy back within hours, and everything is correct on the second version. The service and quality were great. The only thing to keep in mind is to try not to pay for Expedited Turnaround because it will be unlikely to make it any faster. Other than that everything else were great.

Quick turnaround, mostly accurate translation. Misspelled some names that required revision. They should ask for names correct translation/spelling right when submitting order.
