I am very disappointed with the translation in this order. It seems that it was translated by google translate word by word, and the English sentences to not translate to the Spanish words written. How can we resolve this issue? I have always had very good words to say regarding your translations but this cost me 227 dollars and the letter as is written makes no sense whatsoever. I thought you had professional translators but this translation is TERRIBLE  I had to change the entire translated letter so it can be understood. What happened HERE?, can someone help me please.

RushTranslate service is overall good. I am honestly really surprised by my pleasant experience here. I came across this website by chance when I was researching different companies for translation certificates. I needed a Korean to English translation and this one in-person company told me they didn't have Korean, but the guy on the phone was super nice and told me about this RushTranslate website. RushTranslate was very quick and thorough throughout the entire process. I was in a hurry because I needed my document for international travel, and RushTranslate got it to me quite quickly within 24 hours which I am extremely grateful. I really liked the fact that they sent me a rough draft of the translation to me first to ensure it looked good and there were no typos before finalizing it. And the best part of this experience was that the cost was very reasonable for about $45 including a notarization! Overall good service. There were two pretty material errors in the first translation provided but they quickly corrected the errors! 

I thought the translation should be in its original format, but it turned out to be a pdf file with only simple texts.

This was not done correctly - please see other jobs for French, Norway, and Finnish - they were correctly done.  Please fix.

Wow, I ordered a one page translation in French and I assumed I would receive it on Monday being that I ordered it on a Friday. But, to my surprise, I had the translation within 12 hours even without paying for the expedited service. The translation looks great and it seems it is just what we needed. I would highly recommend the service and I would use Rush again when needed.
