I used RushTranslate 2 years ago, and by then I revised the documents just once before approval. I was satisfied with the service and decided to use it again. I was so wrong. This time I had to revise and correct each document four (!) times. I spent a lot of time doing it, but I could not do it by myself since I needed a certified translation. The protocol numbers on the documents were wrong, and the years were messed up, 2010 became 2019. The translator was not very attentive and focused. The support team replied to my complaints promptly, but the quality of the translation was terrible.

Another great experience receiving an accurate, expedited translation.

Placing the order was fast and easy, yet the translation wasn't accurate. This is not acceptable for USCIS purposes.

After a first good experience with Rush, this one was a bit disappointing. The certificates are formatted somehow differently, and when I print them, the signature comes back as a black box. This is a know issue with PDFs, and has to do with the way they are exported, so you guys should make sure that doesn't happen (my first batch of translations did not have that issue). One of the documents had spelling errors on it. And one of the certificates had the title in the middle of the certifier text, as if it was just copied and pasted into the wrong place. I understand mistakes happen, but these documents should be proofed before sending them out. It is, after all, a translation service. On the other hand, the service was quite good, fast, responsive and attentive, so I really appreciate that!

I was a little concerned at first due to the unflattering reviews on Trustpilot, but after learning that they have an A+ rating on BBB, and seeing that I can pay with PayPal, I decided to give it a go, and I'm happy that I did. I handed in a basic and short document for a certified translation, paid $14.95 for an expedited turnaround and got a professional and accurate translation lightning-fast! My remarks regarding the correct spelling of my name and street address were both read and implemented. No revision was needed. Smooth and easy. I would like to thank rushtranslate.com (and Mike B who translated my document) for the excellent work. Whatever happened in the past that brought those low reviews must have stayed in the past. They did a good job with the translation but translated the address (which is a weird thing to do), however they did change it when I spoke to them about it.

The staff were great when there was a problem and responded promptly, but I had to get my latest translation fixed three times. It was a very simple document and I needed it to be done quickly so I didn't do it myself. Their Japanese translator is unfortunately not good and I had to correct their translation. It was also not true to the original and they made multiple mistakes. I really liked this company when it was under rev and ordered multiple times before. I am unsure about the quality control now. I hope they change their Japanese translator as I'd like to use this company in the future.

The name checks out, Rush. Order was complete in less than 24 hours, and I asked for a correction and it came back in minutes. Was impressed that they also preserved the format of the forms I had translated.
