I understand that you translate word to word, but if the contextual information within that document (i.e. information surrounding a particular translated word in question) and the provided supporting documents show clear evidence to the author that a particular translated word could have a fuller translation, it should be taken care of as a good service to the customer. I believe the translator could have easily verified all the contextual information and helped in providing me with a better translation. Now I have to jump through hoops to get what I want from elsewhere. Not happy.

I needed my French marriage certificate translated to English and they got it done quickly, Yes a minor mistake on the spelling of my husband's name but they fixed it right away and I was sent a physical copy of my revised translation and I'm ready to turn my documents in. First at all perfect service in lightspeed! My request wasn't urgent at all and I uploaded the documents on a Saturday. I just needed a translation for a reimbursement. Anyway I requested a translation of a medical ER report and the RushTranslate team sent me the translation back in 24 hours on a Sunday! The quality of the translation was also perfect and I didn't have issues or questions of the health insurance to accept the translated documents. Thx a lot!

I am really disappointed with your work. Literally, I should translate medical terms by myself and, eventually, your translator made a mistake which I mentioned. If I had opportunity to check the translation after my last letter, I would have found that mistake, but you did not let me to do that. Please, explain to your interpreter that "rector" and "head of education institution" are the different occupations, and send me the correct translation of the document (I am talking about diploma which was issued in 1998).

Absolutely ABYSMAL quality for the price I paid. The translator did not seem to have a good grasp of the French language or the French education system. There were countless mistakes and the name of my university was spelled two different ways on my diploma and transcripts. No refund (except for the notarization, which hadn't been completed yet). This company is a scam; look up an individual translator through the ATA database instead and ask for an example of their work.
