I had an excellent experience with RushTranslate. I needed a foreign driver's license translated to English and got a quote first. I used this service for an emergency passport appointment. It was a Dr's letter translation which was a short (around 100 words or so) one page letter. The initial translations had numerous errors, several of which were very serious, e.g. wrong date of birth, wrong name. I meticulously corrected everything, they fixed it accordingly, I got a $10 discount (a rather small consolation). This was for my wife's green card application. Would not recommend, unless they implement some major changes, or fire whoever's job it was to translate my documents. To their credit, customer service was pleasant, prompt, and fixed the issue. Seems like management is solid but their translators aren't (at least the ones working on my documents).

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since it was solicited… here it is. Positives: Very responsive, easy to navigate and easy to use website. Quality of work: I won’t be using the translated document. The formatting of the end result leaves a lot to be desired (text alignment, font consistency etc.) Part of the text was not initially translated - I caught it and submitted request for revision which was promptly completed, however after it was finalized, I noticed other issues such as the course code containing the letter “B” somehow became a numeral “8”. Perhaps the document was translated using OCR? In any case, I will be paying for another translation elsewhere, perhaps little less rushed. Willingness to recommend? - If you’re in a hurry and don’t necessarily need professional looking results, sure.
