I was amazed at the speed of the turnaround!  I paid a little extra but it was worth it.  I had my translation back on the same day!! The quality of the translation was also very good.  It was much better than copying and pasting into Google Translate. I was very satisfied. I do have one request however.  There were two places in the translation where I had follow-up questions.  Therefore, I would very much want the opportunity to contact the translator to ask some questions.  Please let me know about this. Nice work! Very fast turnaround!

We used RushTranslate in order to have a press release for a prestigious Humanitarian Award translated into Arabic. We chose the service for it's quick 24 hours turnaround. However, before sending out the press release to our media lists, I ran it by a few of my colleagues in Jordan who are fluent in Arabic. They reported that there were many grammatical errors -- and that it looked like it came out of Google Translate. Very disappointing and we won't be using this service again.

Turnaround for us was just over one day, compared to other translating services where I’ve had to wait 2+ weeks this was such a pleasant experience! They didn’t over charge us for what we needed translated. Definitely coming back to use this service again!!

Aside from the 2-3 typos on the initial draft that I received (in less than 24 hours), we were super impressed by the overall work by Rush Translate. The turnaround time, presentation, and revision time were excellent. We had used a different company initially and were extremely dissatisfied, so switching over and using Rush Translate was a breath of fresh air. Will use again. Highly recommended!!

Quick turnaround time and precise translation. I did notice a typo in translation and it was corrected within 15 minutes after contacting them. The customer service is great, price is very reasonable and the document was translated well!

While the turnaround is extremely fast, the quality was not that great. We had to submit multiple revisions for very basic spelling\grammatical errors. When you take in the fact that the document being translated to English was already bi-lingual (Kannada\English), those errors are hard to ignore. That being said, after we corrected the document twice, we did end up with what needed.

I always get very efficient and high quality service from RushTranslate. The turnaround is very quick and the quality of translation is very good. Most importantly, they are very flexible with any specific requests for corrections or amendments. Very responsive, easy to communicate with, and user-friendly website. I used their digital only versions of certified translations. Highly recommend.

My husband and I needed help with translating a medical document. We are 100% satisfied with the turnaround time and accuracy of this translation. There were lots of medical terms that we knew we would not be able to translate ourselves. Outstanding job! 

Great service translating 3 documents to Lithuanian - agile, easy of use, quick turnaround. There were a few typos and locations that were not translated properly but were easily corrected after the first review. I would definitily recommend their service and use them agan

Quick turnaround, However, kept misspelling my dad's name (should be detailed and meticulous following the spelling on the birth certificate without me or my lawyer needing to check it.

The overall experience was great.  I submitted a document to be translated and notarized with the request of a 12hr turnaround. The document was translated within 10 hrs and it was notarized in 13hrs. Pretty great for a last minute and overnight request. 

24 hour turnaround on the draft prepared for my review and approval.  All of the words were translated correctly.  The translation document was clear, professional, and contained the certification and notarization seals I had paid for.  Their customer service email support also had great response time for the one item I had emailed them about.

The service provided was great.  Turnaround time was outstanding.  Cannot speak to the accuracy of the translation as I don't speak the language.

Extremely fast turnaround and affordable price. You definitely have to review it carefully (my birth certificate had my family name typed wrong throughout the article even though I gave them the correct spelling twice.) but overall satisfied. That being said, it will require the customer side to proofread.

My translator did a fabulous job. The turnaround time was so fast, and they took great care in showing me line-by-line how each sentence was translated. My only wish is that I could tip this translator after the fact, on top of the service fee!

I've received a certified translation of my diploma after half an hour via email (with Expedited Turnaround). In addition, the document was translated with a thesis title that I suggested in the Notes section (based on the current academic literature). Be careful when ordering special optional services! - Response from the RushTranslate support: "[...] Adding shipping service can indeed cause a delay to the completion of the order. We only finalize orders that include optional services such as notarization or shipping 3x during the day, Mon-Fri. By contrast, orders that do not include those optional services are finalized immediately upon completion, 7 days a week. [...]" 10/10 - My new default translation service.

Accurate,fast turnaround. I've used Rush translate before for my wife and using again for my step daughter. I would recommend them.

Requesting, turnaround was quick and great price too! Site/explanation of services needs to be more clear that the pdf will not be exactly on document. It was hard to figure out what went where when we received the translation and have to transpose to our original document.

Pros- Website is fairly easy to use. Accepts common formats for uploading files. Quick turnaround time as well. Cons- First translation was not acceptable, a section was completely omitted. Asked them to revise the document and second translation was satisfactory.

Ok. I am totally impressed with the work of this business. I was super skeptical at first because when it comes to confidential documents, most of the time I do not feel comfortable doing anything online; however, I need these three documents translated from Spanish to English asap. I chose the digital delivery and they gave me a turnaround of 24 hours and I think it was less than that and if not was so on point. I received the email with the order completed this morning and I just found out that one of the documents was the wrong one and I explained this to them by email they said that if it bear similarity they would submit it for revision. I was expecting another 24 hours delay, guess what? RushTranslate did the translation of that new document at no additional charge and replied right back in another email along with a minor error fixed in one of the other documents. I am simply satisfied and totally impressed with the great service and outstanding quality of this business work.
