530 word translated from Spanish to English. The service was fast, it took less than half a day to receive the digital translation to review or approve. Very fast considering that I selected the standard service.  After the first correction, one of the errors that I underlined was still there. I requested another review and the document came back corrected only after I wrote to the customer service. It took 12 hours to get the second correction done.  I was surprised to see errors in the translation. I understand that name mispelling can happen, but in this case were numerals and dates that were wrong; I was expecting more quality on this side. After approving the document it was very fast to get it finalized. Based on my experience I'd give the overall service 3.5/5.

Very grateful for the company. I was concerned that it would be translated with many mistakes because I had issues with a local office where I lived. Instead they give you an option to writ notes on how you would like the documents and follow up with a review period to allow you to look over everything if correction need to be made. 🙌🏾 I do have more documents and will work with them again. They were very quick I send the request in Friday. Today is Monday and they are sending out my forms through mail and they are down load able.  One concern is each document did not receive its own certification letter/notarized page. Maybe I up loaded the pages all together on one file and could have loaded them separately.  🤷🏾‍♀️Hoping this isn’t an issue with USCIS but good heads up note if you need a certificate/notarized page for each. You may have to request translation orders separate for each page 🤷🏾‍♀️. Good luck

Overall impressions are very good. Anyway, there are a couple of suggestions I would like to share with you. First of all, I would prefer to use the original name of the source file. In case of several files is much easier for the customer to find the translated documents. I would also include in the translated document the source file. This is very common at least in Europe. Finally, it seems that sometimes you use "word by word" translation and, depending on the document, the translation will have nothing to do with the source document (this is not applicable to my case due to the documents I sent for translation). But generally speaking, the service is very good.
