I got a marriage certificate translated from urdu to english.  The translation was quick, certified quickly, and excellent. No revisions needed. Also, the format/presentation was very well made.

Thanks a lot for the Translations. The email received in my spam folder and that is the reason of my late reply. My only comment is that the first page of both documents, i.e. the Notarization is written in English so as the Spanish Embassy requested me to translate these documents they will also require the Notarization of pages in Spanish. Can you please make them in Spanish for me. Also does not make much sense to have the first page (Notarization) in Spanish as there is a reason for the translation which is that the Spanish reader may understand the whole document including the Notarization. I’d appreciate your great support on this asap. Thanks, Hendr

I would absolutely use this service again. Communication and customer service timely, polite, efficient. 3/5 on quality because there was a major error on translation of a birth certificate: the birthdate itself. Regular QA should have caught this type of thing. Even in the event of a outsourcing to freelance translators, which I assume is the case, Rush should QA its product for technical errors of this kind. (Note: I worked in translation for several years.) Repeat: despite the abovementioned error, I plan to use Rush again and without hesitation. 

I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this translation. A native Ukrainian speaker on our staff reviewed the translation from English to Ukrainian and commented: "I found a lot of mistakes and that translation does not transmit the exact initial meaning/message. Probably it was made by a non-native speaker or a person who is not aware of the modern Ukrainian language." We chose to hire you for our translation needs because our staff in Ukraine does not have the bandwidth to do this work right now. Please run some checks on your translators to ensure you're employing native speakers of the target language and people who can truly do the work you're claiming to offer. 

From browsing the website to filling out my request and uploading my documents Rushtranslate was easy to use.  I even made a mistake on my initial request and was contacted within seconds with a follow up by a representative who caught the mistake.  My translations were completed in exactly the amount of time I was quoted.  The final approval process was pleasant and easy.  I was able to upload my corrections and the final documents were ready within minutes.  This was a very pleasant experience and the communication from my rep was consistent and clear.  I also chose the wet-ink option and those hard copies were mailed to me within days.  Thank you everyone for your wonderful help.
