I only had a short document to translate, but I still have to remark the speed at which they worked. I was particularly impressed at how fast they sent me the updated version after I requested a revision regarding a couple of things that were originally handwritten and difficult to read.

Not sure how anyone who is qualified to do this job can actually mistake the applicant's Given Name which contains five letters, and make that error in two different important documents.

They picked up a mislabeled document, brought it to my attention, and sent an Email asking how I wished to proceed. I advised them to disregard that document, and proceed with the others. They said they would credit the charge for that one. I am assuming that will happen. I haven't checked my credit card activity yet. 😁 I would recommend them. And in fact, I have on prior occasions.

As of lately, some of the subcontractors try to cut the corners by combining several separate documents into one translation with one certification page. Worse yet, very specific instructions to provide translation of separate documents in separate files with individual certification pages for each translated document are being ignored.

There is no default to having separate certificates for each file or combining all files under one certificate. This is a preference that we leave up to the client and we are happy to make changes, as needed. In this case, the translator did miss your request for separate certificates and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
