Incorrect trasnlation

Fast turnaround and accurate translation. One con - no real invoice/receipt is sent to the email address. Using the site page as an "itemized invoice" and printing the order page for an invoice is not convenient and problematic.

Fast service, very professional, only one translation had most mistakes and they were able to solve it in 2 revisions. I'd recommend this service to a friend, it was also 1/2 the price than a local translation service.

Customer service was highly engaged throughout the process, which I very much appreciated. Very responsive. However, the first translation I received had several careless mistakes, which required me to write a lengthy revision request (hence why I am not giving five stars). The response to my revision request was very fast and all my concerns were addressed, so that is why I still think it deserves three stars.

Overall an A+++ for the service. Quick response and great turnaround time. It came back with various typos which had nothing to do with the translation itself. These were quickly and sufficiently corrected in just one revision. I am very pleased with RushTranslate and will certainly recommend them!

The translation took less than a day to be completed and they even made sure that I was haapy with the translation. The service was great and fast! Although I was a bit surprised that the translation did not have the same format as the original document. Regardless of this, I am very happy with the service!

While the quality of the translation was excellent, and the review process was painless, the turnaround time estimate was WAY off. I paid an extra $14.95 for expedited processing, which was supposed to reduce the turnaround time from 24 hours to 12. But, all-in-all, it took about 40 hours to receive my final translation. While I did request a certified translation and needed one revision (which I submitted withing the hour of having received the first draft), the estimator apparently did not take these into account, which was disappointing, since time was of the essence to me. I would certainly use and recommend this service again, but with the caveat that it will take much longer than advertised.

I needed a document translated and certified for government use. I came across RushTranslate during a google search and based on their reviews I decided to request a quote. The translation was ready ahead of estimated time and was done very professionally. The translation quality was good but I did identify minor issues where I would have chosen different words but otherwise I am satisfied with the end results. Thank you.

The spelling of names,places and dates/numbers were all fine but some commonly used nouns like plaintiff,counsellor was misspell

I would recommend using Rush Translate to translate High school transcripts. The communication is pretty good and it stays very professional. I felt confident and I trusted them throughout the whole process.

The document needed to be translated from English to Hungarian was a death certificate. The translation was correct, but seven pieces of information were simply left out.

In general i am satisfied with both service and translation, though have some remarks.  Timing- i was expected the translation in one day as it states, but it took longer. Good that i was not really in rush.  Translation - is ok. I wanted to make more changes during revision, but left it as is, just changed few really important things. Translator seems to lack some feeling of English language style, though the translation is understandable and acceptable. 

Pros: This website is super easy to use and had a very quick turnaround rate. Granted, I opted for the expedited turnaround since I needed the translation ASAP, regardless RushTranslate came through with their service. There was a minor typo that had to be revised but they fixed it quickly. Besides that, there weren't any real problems and I'm happy with the quality of my translation as I feel they did it correctly, to the best of my knowledge. I have to trust that they are experts and know what they are doing. Cons: My one complaint is that the Free Quote option on the website isn't automated. I was hoping that the Free Quote option would be able to tell me how many words my document had and in turn, it would tell me how much the translation would cost right away. Having that assumption and expectation may have been a mistake on my part, so after requesting a free quote and realizing that I would have to wait to find out, I just submitted a request for a translation since I was going to use RushTranslate regardless.  TL;DR: Great service, tool, and company. Had a great experience, would use them again, just wish the free quote option was automated. 

Service I would have given the highest rating for service. But there was no personal touch on the other side of the Email. It was fast but the down side is, I did not know the job was done, it was not communicated to me properly or I did not have a way of knowing that the translation was done for a whole week.  Quality I must say the translation was fast with just a single item for review compared to another I paid for, it was excellent job and accurate.  But the one item that I reviewed was never corrected and I received the document not corrected. This was a Japanese translation to English. The area address of where I lived was DOUGATA-MACHI. Whereas in the translation it was DOKATA-MACHI. I did not like this only error so I sent the correction in the review and for some reason it was not changed. The review button at one point was frozen and did not allow review. When it did, the 'typo' was not corrected. But I needed the document so I approved it. Lo' and behold the correction did not occur when I received it in the mail. I would rather like to receive a document with this one correction right. Whereas, a similar agency had eight typos but took time to change or correct all. There was emailing and was very responsive.

Had some confusion about wife's last name, other than that translation is high quality.

You get what you pay for. A similar translation from a local agency would have cost me at least 3x what I paid here. Saving money meant I had to put in some work with this translation.  There was a crucial typo in the translation I received. I returned it for correction, it was corrected quickly. Then I noticed an entire section of the footer of the document was incorrect (entity name, address and contact info). Sent it back for correction, got the document back with the footer correct but the crucial typo was there again.  All in all, took three corrections to get the document right.   The corrections were quick and customer service top notch. For price this is worth it but as others have said, review every portion of your document, line by line. Be prepared to request corrections.

I love how fast I was able to get my documents translated and notarized, however when I reached out to customer service with a question about the status a few mins later I got my documents then later customer service replied that they are still working on it, anyways all turned good 

This is the second translation I got from RushTranslate and I am satisfied with the service overall. The staff responds promptly and helpfully, the prices are super affordable. I needed a basic translation and I got it, however, I am not sure if RushTranslate is the best option for VERY important documents, such as professional documentation.  If you need to translate a birth certificate, a transcript for school, etc., RushTranslate is a quick and affordable option.

Quick turnaround, affordable price. Wish they had more options for pricing. I still paid for a 250 word translation when I only needed 4 to 5 phrases translated on a birth certificate. It was their shortest option. Approved by USCIS as a certified translator--that's helpful as well.

For me i was doing about 12 pages for K1 stuff i put the pages in and got a quote and then went ahead with the translation i think the whole process including the quote took 5 days. an important note is i did this all around 2-3am because of my work i can't work on things during normal hours of the day so they provided the service even in off hours quite well for me. no complaints about the translations provided 

I uploaded two pages for translation but initially only the first one was translated. However, when I requested the second page as a revision, the full translation was provided very prompt and matches the original.
