I have used Rush Translate twice and the company name reflects the efficiency in their translation. I had 9 pages to translate from French to English and they were done in 3 days. Once the translation were done, they send you a note for review and confirmation before notorization. I was in a rush to get everthing translated and notorized, and I was very happy with the speed, quality.  When I contacted the customer service for my second translation work, their response was super fast, efficient and customer oriented. I would strongly recommend rush translate and would definitely use them again if I had other documents to be translated in the future.

Service was prompt, customer service responded quickly to my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate. The translation was missing a line, and had some odd translation, but they were quick to revise and send back an updated translation. Overall, great experience, would recommend or use again.

They did not translate a single word to my transcript. Charged me excessive amount of money for a one page transcript. Demanded a refund since not a single word was translated to my transcript and refund was rejected. I would not recommend using this service. Bad service experience.

I’m pretty shocked that this translator missed the date. There isn’t much to actually translate since the document format is the same as other marriage certificates. They only needed to get the dates and names correct. If I hadn’t checked, the date miss could have really affected the accuracy of my documentation. Then after giving a revision to fix the name spelling and date, this translator didn’t even fix the date? This delayed my translation another date. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend, especially since the dates could have been translated by google and then when given the exact information, they couldn’t even copy and paste it.
