Super fast turnaround at responding to the revision request. Poor quality of translation. As noted on the revision, the first translation of the birth certificate (which should've been the one and only) was missing the date of birth and the place of birth.

Amazing service!  We are applying for a loan and we needed a pension letter from Switzerland translated to English for the mortgage company in the U.S.  We sent the document in on a Friday afternoon and by the next morning, the translation was complete. This was my first time using an online translator and must admit to feeling cautious. I am proficient in the language I needed and had a good understanding of the document submitted. Because that document would require my signature and was binding, I needed to be sure I had not missed a nuance in the translation. Rush Translate was a huge help. The translation itself (words & sentences) was okay but it was riddled with mistakes such as names that were flipped around, misspelled names (not matching original), words that were supposed to be capitalized, email address showing twice instead of showing email address and web address, and others. Thankfully the platform for communication was excellent, and the turnaround for corrections was very fast. Wound up needing 3 revisions.

This has been such a simple process and the quality has been superb. I requested medical translations from Spanish to English, and everything was done fast (48 hour turnaround) and well. 

I used Rushtranslate after using another provider who delivered poorly. I needed an Arabic report converted to English for official business. I must say that RushTranslate presented the information in exactly the same manner. The original report was in an Arabic tabular format and RushTranslate presented the information in the same tabular format which made it easy to compare the various fields.  This was different from my previous translator who only presented the information in written text format which made it difficult to compare to the original. I have been using this company for the last three years. There are some documents that I have to submit every year, and one document has to be translated every time I submit those documents. The services are pretty quick (about 24h turnaround) and the prices are acceptable. The translation is pretty accurate, and had no issues with it...except this year. It was a little mishap but was corrected right away. With less than 24h the corrections were made and a new translation was provided with no additional charges.
