I was very happy with RushTranslate.  I had an opportunity to provide correct names spelling and it was captured as I had requested.  My documents were delivered timely within 24.  Also, they do allow correction prior to approval which is an important option.  The notarization takes some additional time, so if you order translations with notarization, allow several extra hours.  Quality of translation is very good.  Even old hardly visible on original documents stamps, dates, and locations were translated and captured.  And the last compliment to the RushTranslate is that the website is very easy and user friendly.  Placing an order took couple minutes. I would highly recommend RushTranslate.

The quality of this translation is not really good, it basically just translates the word with no order, I am not even sure I can use it.

The turnaround time was over 12 hours. Eventually it took about 30 hours but it's fine to me because I was not that urgent. The overall translation quality to my birth certificate was great. I am satisfied with the delivery quality and timing. I will need to pass to USCIS for green card application to know if they can accept it finally. (I think they should)

Fairly poor quality translation. Same company in the original document have different names in the translation. Has the appearance of being translated via Papago. Overpriced for the quality of the translation.

The only complaint I have is that the last document “Academic Letter” was not translated to the utmost quality.

Fast, efficient, and promptly communicative. Translation initially had a couple of typos, but was corrected quickly (the quality of the original documents wasn't so great, so not the easiest to read or translate).

The provided service and the ease of communication was good. But the quality of the translation was poor. Whole parts were missing from the text. I had to check again and again the translations. After a few modifications they were correct. But this cost me a lot of time and effort  and they came pretty late. 

The service and quality with RushTranslate very much in line with what was required, only a small detail that was fixed the same day. Time of opportunity excelent. 

It was fast and quality. However, I ordered delivery. Document came in damaged and the entire envelope was in a bad condition. 

There was a delay, but it did not affect me.  Good communication overall. Translation quality is good.

The only good thing I can say about Rushtranslate is how quickly they respond. But...... they committed mistakes while translating English into German with dates and names, and the worst is that after 6 times they finally translated it correctly, as if they were not paying attention to what they were doing. The only reason I'm writing this here is because I had no choice but to end up accepting this translation because they don't do refunds. After this experience i can not really say i trust the quality of the translation.

Quantity over quality. I had to revise my finished translated document TWICE! You made tons of mistakes. Besides typos, you wrote wrong dates, forgot words, wrote words double… it was just exhausting.  Next time, I won’t choose RushTranslate again.

RushTranslate service is overall good. Although I only order a 1 page birth certificate translation from Indonesian to English, the translation quality is on par with the one I did in Indonesia and the speed of service (from producing a translation draft for review until finalizing the actual document and shipping) is very fast. Excellent and fast service. Exactly as described. Quality of translation from English to Spanish was flawless. Availability of notary service satisfied the consulate/embassy requirements. 

The service and quality were both great. The translation was very short and easy, so I can't speak to the company's ability to do more complicated translations. But they handled mine perfectly. I also think the price was significantly too high for the amount translated, but their prices were not higher than other similar services I looked at.
