Spanish to English
The first drafts were full of mistakes, i.e., typos, missing texts and bad translations, I had to spent 2 hours split across multiple revisions to get them corrected. I requested 4 revisions before getting the documents properly translated.

The turnaround time was over 12 hours. Eventually it took about 30 hours but it's fine to me because I was not that urgent. The overall translation quality to my birth certificate was great. I am satisfied with the delivery quality and timing. I will need to pass to USCIS for green card application to know if they can accept it finally. (I think they should)

Horrible, my letter was full of grammar and spelling error. They even got the dates wrong. The letter reads like they just threw it in google translate then call it quits. My 8 year old could have done a better job.

Fairly poor quality translation. Same company in the original document have different names in the translation. Has the appearance of being translated via Papago. Overpriced for the quality of the translation.
