I am generally happy with the service provided (translation from simplified Chinese to English). The turnaround is very quick. Though there are a few misses and errors in the translation in the initial draft, they are all corrected in the subsequent request for revision. The final certified and notarized version looks very nice.

Hello, this time around, there were so many mistakes. Instead of typing Mabiala Nkiari, you typed "Mabiala Riari"

Quality of Translators is deteriorated. There were gross or major  errors in the translation job. I hv to do entire immigration paper work again due to this error. Totally done unprofessional way....!!! DO NOT REMMEND TO ANY ONE...STAY AWAY...!!

Really quick turnaround on my documents translation quote. Amazing option to preview and approve the translation before proceeding. Many other places struggle with notarization and want a customer to take care of that on their own. Not the case here. Got my documents notarized in one go.
