The translation was provided the day after my order as promised.  It contained one typo and I just submitted the correction request, so I'm not sure about the turn-around time on that.  Assuming it is done promptly, I will be more than satisfied with the service.

A little suggestion. Get it right the first time. Attention to detail. Nevertheless quick response each time. Great service! Even amendments after translation were completed. 

The translation process does take several tries to be correct, some has grammar problems, and some has improper titles, etc... However, the translators are given credit for fixing the copies after my detailed feedbacks. Thanks for being patient and willing to receive the feedbacks to create good translated versions.

accurate on time service

Great service, I had to correct a couple of words before final transalation, but in general fast and correct translation. This was translation of Europen (Noregian) title for registration of car in the US.

The overall service is pretty good. RushTranslate responded to my revision request pretty fast. However, they made some very dumb mistakes in the translation. I have to correct the translation twice. These errors can be avoided by having another translator examine the translated text before sending them to me. Should I requested them to translate something from a language that I can't read, I will receive erroneous translated text.

I needed this translation ASAP and thanks to RushTranslate I got it in time. The word for word translation was perfect. The only thing that I would complain about is that the document that I received by mail was damaged and folded in one of the corners.

I am satisfied with the translation. However, it is inevitable to feel that you took advantage of me. Two of my friends did the exact translation of the same documents as me! I was the only one who was charged $50 additional than the regular price, I'm disappointed.

Translation was done in 2 days. Quick and easy order. I will use this company again. 4 stars for quality, because first they calculated 2 pages cost 50$, after they recalculated 5 pages... I received 4 pages, 1st page was certified page of translation...only 3 pages of my letter.

I appreciated the quick and clear communication and the easy-to-use website.  Turnaround was faster than anticipated.  While I do not speak/read the language we had our document translated into, I noticed some errors (missing spaces after periods, inconsistent capitalization at beginning of sentences and for names).  It makes me think that there are probably some translation/spelling errors as well.  For this use, perfection was not necessary, but I would be hesitant to use it for client-facing documents.

Fast service, however 3 pages cost $125! I know there were a lot of words but it was expensive for 3 pages. Also, the translation is formatted very well.

I ordered a certified translation with notarization of my transcripts and my diploma for a graduate application.  The service was great, very quick and worked for my graduate application that requested a certified translation. I am very happy with the price and the service. However, there were some mistakes in my grades, some courses names and some other words, but they fixed them surprisingly quick. In conclusion, I think it is a very good service and I recommend it.

I always use RushTranslate for the documents I need to be translated from my native language to English. They have a really fast communication and  the work goes by smoothly. However, I had a issue in the specific order while I asked to the document to be sent to a government agency, they just send the translation without the original document, which seems a bit odd because it's clear that any organization will want both documents sent to them. Now, two weeks later, that I figured out the reason of the delay on the process I have to send the original one to the agency.

Happy with the service and prompt responses both pre and post order. There was a small mistake which got corrected immediately. I would prefer to have separate files for each translation as opposed to one file for all because when I separated the files they now have random page numbers due to being a part of one big file. Now I have to figure out how to have page 1,2,3 for each file instead of it starting from page 6 or 3 but I guess it’s not a huge deal. 

Excellent service, fast responses and willingness to optimize/correct the quality of the translated documents. My recommendation would be to check the official translation of non-Latin characters to Latin characters so the translated documents are in accordance with official identification documents, like passports and id cards.

I am happy about the prompt handling of my request. I am however not that impressed with the fact the the "Bride" and "Groom" was put above the wrong names, with one name clearly being a male name. I also do not know the rules for how to translate dates on documents when they are written differently in Europe and here. I mentioned it and it got changed to the American way but I do not know if that was the right thing to do. Again. Thanks for prompt handling of my request.

I love the speed in which the translation was completed. Please, pay attention to name and location while translating. I know that some writing are not easy to read since most are done by hands. Most locations and name were off and I need to stepped in to help. Also, some words were translate out of the context. Need to pay attention to the origin language context for future. The service and quality were great. The only thing to keep in mind is to try not to pay for Expedited Turnaround because it will be unlikely to make it any faster. Other than that everything else were great.

The website is user friendly and the support staff are quick to respond via email. The translation was spot on, except for the following changes that we had to do: “bautizos” for “bautismos”, and “dar” for “ofrendar."
