Shockingly fast translation! I uploaded my document late at night and on the very next morning I had he translated file ready for download. The service was recommended by a company dealing with Green Card applications, so can not be more trustworthy than that when it comes to quality.

The website was easy to navigate. The quality of the translation was AWFUL. There were so many overlooked mistakes, misspellings, incorrect insertion of numbers and punctuation marks that I was appalled the amount of times I had to ask for revision. It gave the impression that RUSH TRANSLATION sees their clients as just a number for cash and that quality and care for an important document doesn't matter. I will not reconsider for any future use.

This was my second translation order from RushTranslate (CZ-EN & RU-EN), and both this one and the previous one had one and more spelling mistakes, despite having elaborated exactly on those issues in the notes. This is frustrating as the customer has to double-check and request revisions, further delaying the order. The service itself is rather fast but it seems to suffer in quality control.

I would evaluate my translation service as "POOR". As I got my translated document, i found 3 mistakes in them. I had to read through every single line. I could use a template for translation for free but I decided to choose rushtranslate and pay so I can have confidence that everything is translated accurately. However, For such short document, frankly speaking, I think these are many mistakes. So I cant rate this as a good quality service to be honest! Sorry! 

I appreciate the ease of using the site, but the quality of the translation is bad considering multiple typos were made on names 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞. I submitted one revision request and it was corrected. I then submitted another because I noticed another typo in a name. The new translation they sent me corrected the new typo, but included all the old typos I'd already asked to be corrected in the first revision. I didn't even bother requesting a third revision. Considering I paid for an expedited translation to use for USCIS, this is not a reliable service to use. I'm just very surprised that names on birth certificates wouldn't be double checked.

Second time I have used Rush Translations to translate academic documents, I have to praise the company for the quality on translations, layout of the website which is easy to navigate and to pay for the translations.  I won’t ever use another translation again, Rush translations is the best.  

Good quality and speedy turnaround

I would absolutely use this service again. Communication and customer service timely, polite, efficient. 3/5 on quality because there was a major error on translation of a birth certificate: the birthdate itself. Regular QA should have caught this type of thing. Even in the event of a outsourcing to freelance translators, which I assume is the case, Rush should QA its product for technical errors of this kind. (Note: I worked in translation for several years.) Repeat: despite the abovementioned error, I plan to use Rush again and without hesitation. 

I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this translation. A native Ukrainian speaker on our staff reviewed the translation from English to Ukrainian and commented: "I found a lot of mistakes and that translation does not transmit the exact initial meaning/message. Probably it was made by a non-native speaker or a person who is not aware of the modern Ukrainian language." We chose to hire you for our translation needs because our staff in Ukraine does not have the bandwidth to do this work right now. Please run some checks on your translators to ensure you're employing native speakers of the target language and people who can truly do the work you're claiming to offer.
