Excellent service. Easy to use, very convenient. I needed to modify something after I got my document translated and they did it right away. Quick turnaround and great customer service. 

This was my first time using an online translator and must admit to feeling cautious. I am proficient in the language I needed and had a good understanding of the document submitted. Because that document would require my signature and was binding, I needed to be sure I had not missed a nuance in the translation. Rush Translate was a huge help. Uploading was easy, my quote was ready in minutes and my translation in less than 12 hours. I noticed a minor flipping of two accurately translated sentences and requested a revision so the flow would be in perfect order. My revised copy was available within hours and still well within the 24 hour turnaround. RushTranslate’s version was a significant improvement from my attempt, and they did catch a nuance I missed. For that I am very thankful!

The document translation was accurate. It was fast and the document was finalized at around 10 hours which was less than the estimated turnaround of 24 hours which is truly amazing. I highly recommend this team and will surely use their service once needed again.

The translation itself (words & sentences) was okay but it was riddled with mistakes such as names that were flipped around, misspelled names (not matching original), words that were supposed to be capitalized, email address showing twice instead of showing email address and web address, and others. Thankfully the platform for communication was excellent, and the turnaround for corrections was very fast. Wound up needing 3 revisions.

This has been such a simple process and the quality has been superb. I requested medical translations from Spanish to English, and everything was done fast (48 hour turnaround) and well. 

I used Rushtranslate after using another provider who delivered poorly. I needed an Arabic report converted to English for official business. I must say that RushTranslate presented the information in exactly the same manner. The original report was in an Arabic tabular format and RushTranslate presented the information in the same tabular format which made it easy to compare the various fields.  This was different from my previous translator who only presented the information in written text format which made it difficult to compare to the original. I was also very impressed with the turnaround time which was within 24 hours as promised including Notarizing of the translated document. Thanks, RushTranslate for delivering such a high quality job within 24 hours. 

I have been using this company for the last three years. There are some documents that I have to submit every year, and one document has to be translated every time I submit those documents. The services are pretty quick (about 24h turnaround) and the prices are acceptable. The translation is pretty accurate, and had no issues with it...except this year. It was a little mishap but was corrected right away. With less than 24h the corrections were made and a new translation was provided with no additional charges. Thank you for your fast service and for conforming to my request. I will definitely continue to utilize your services.

Quick turnaround!

RushTranslate’s website is the picture of ease & clarity.  Ordering was simple, and the delivery turnaround was within 24 hours, promised. Regrettably, the translation product left much to be desired. Under the argument, apparently, that translation was to be word-for-word, the English-translated document I received for initial review was just a weird jumble, as if the translator had just run my Latin original through a Google translator, instead of employing bi-lingual knowledge to generate an idiomatically comprehensible document. Fortunately, the review process allowed me to reshape the prose into more recognizable English.  It was a college diploma, so I did have some sense of what the document was trying to say.   My point is that I shouldn’t have had to make those revisions.  After all, I’m not the Latin expert; I’m paying you to perform that role.

My wife is Ukrainian and she read the translation. She said it is an excellent translation. Perfect! She would have done it herself, but the legal mumbo jumbo of the US government offices to get a passport require an outside company to do the translation. Very quick turnaround - That was a big plus for me. The first revision of the translation needed a small adjustment to be made. That was handled quickly and efficiently by the translator. Other than that, the final translation was fine. Be advised that if you order a paper copy of the translation, you will receive it printed on a very cheap type of paper. You might need to laminate it, if you want to keep it in a pristine condition for use in the future. I am not sure why the company does not provide a better/thicker paper for the notarized translated document. All in all, I had a positive experience with RushTranslate and I might use them in the future if I need something translated and notarized.

I am truly impressed with RushTranslate. I paid extra for their expedited 12 hour turnaround service. When they say 12 hour turnaround, they mean it! I received my order confirmation email at 11:10 PM and the following morning at 9:46 AM, I received an email stating that my order was ready for review. The translation from Arabic to English was spot on and all of the comments I made were addressed and appropriately applied in the translated document. I reviewed and accepted the translation and within the next 30 minutes my final certified copy was available for download. I also purchased for a paper copy be mailed to me and it arrived in 3 days. Overall, I am more than satisfied and now have a trusted translation service that I will use in the future as well as recommend to anyone who needs a translation service.
