the meaning of most words are wrong. i would like to have another one more translate back. this is my second time using this rushtranslate. the first one was perfect but this one don't even worth one star. i wrote the name so that he or she who will translate will type the exact name but he or she messed it up and also they used he for she.  a lot like to have one more translate back.

Also, Rush Translate doesn't "nickel and dime" you in terms of page count (e.g. two drivers' licenses counted as a single "page" since combined they were less than 250 words; other services tried to count each license as a page and charge me double). The website is really easy to use, the service is very fast and all my comments about the translation were taking into considerations. However, the translator i had was sloppy (didn't double check the translation, forgot to translate parts of the documents) and a bunch of the words were not proprely translated.

This service has saved me from a huge headache.  I am currently working on a ship and needed a quick turnaround on documents I needed translated for a K1 visa.  I received all documents on time.  One document that needed to be notarized was delayed due to business hours but I received the document first thing Monday morning.  Other document was received within the 12 hour promised turnaround.   I would recommend this service.

Easy website to navigate, excellent service, fast response and high quality translation

Quick and fast service, just as advertised. I had more of a problem scanning the legal-size documents on a letter-sized scan, but after my second cup of coffee, I learned what I was doing wrong. The staff at Rush Translate had plenty of patience while I figured things out sending JPEG and PDF documents. Glad to have this done for my niece. Thanks for providing us with this service! Michael
