We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the error. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, our translations are completed by human translators, and unfortunately, human error can sometimes occur. We regret that this mistake impacted your ability to use the document as intended. Thats all the ownership they take while charging a very steep fee for the work.

We regret that this clients experience did not meet their expectations and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. While the reviewer correctly noted that a typographical error was made in the translated document, they omitted some important context that we believe is essential for a fair understanding of the situation:


1) The original source document provided to us was not a high resolution scan and it contained very small font, which made accurate character recognition more difficult than usual.
2) The error in question involved a single character in a 17-digit VIN, where an "8" was mistakenly entered instead of a "B". We agree that this is a critical detail in a legal document, and while we strive for perfection, this was a human error - understandable, though unfortunate - and not due to negligence or lack of proofreading. Given the poor quality of the original file, it was also not something easily caught by our QA team.


Upon being notified, our team responded promptly, took full responsibility for the issue, and immediately offered a refund equal to 50%of the translation fee. Our goal was to show accountability and good faith,even though we had worked with the document provided to us under challenging conditions.


Unfortunately, the client rejected our efforts to resolve the situation, responded with hostility, and indicated they would escalate the matter regardless of the refund we issued. While we understand the client's frustration, we believe we handled the issue fairly and professionally.


We take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve both our translation process and client communication. We remain committed to quality, integrity, and transparency, and were always willing to engage with clients constructively to find the best possible resolution.

English to Croatian

If you need this for any official documents you need to translate into Croatian, don't waste your money as it will NOT be accepted. Croatia requires you to use a sudski tumač and there are only a handful who are approved in Croatia. RE your reply; the notary was the first person who told me a birth certificate must be translated by a sudski tumač. Ministry of the Interior confirmed the requirement. Anyone needing a birth certificate translated must use a sudski tumač. It doesn't matter what entity is requiring the translation. Furthermore, your website claims "Our certified translations are accepted by USCIS, universities, government agencies, and businesses worldwide. No matter your needs, we provide reliable, fast, and secure translations to ensure a seamless process." That is simply not true.

You are correct that we do not employ Croatian court-certified interpreters (sudski tumači). However, it's important to note that this requirement typically comes from specific institutions or end users—not from Croatia as a blanket national requirement. Paid extra money for express translation. Was completed on time but with major error. Interview with immigration is tomorrow. Rushtranslate provides no one to talk to or respond quickly to email regarding correcting their mistake of the translated document.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. I submitted passport pages that already contained official English translations printed directly on the documents — over 90% of the content was already translated by the issuing authority. Instead of acknowledging this and offering a practical solution, the company insisted on treating the request as a full retranslation and asked for the full fee. This made no sense given the minimal effort required — especially since the translation already existed. To make matters worse, they spent far more time justifying their policy than it would’ve taken to simply extract the existing text and format it into a certified version. This overly rigid and impersonal approach left me frustrated and disappointed. I ultimately declined to proceed, even if the service had been offered free of charge. I hope they improve their flexibility and customer care going forward.

For this document, I had to send specified instructions for accurate translation, stamps, and alignment to make sure it was translated correctly. And it took like 4 days to complete it, plus all these instructions. Disappointed tbh

Pros: I like your UI and UX. It was very easy to sign up and to upload docs and your user flows are good. Con: It was very hard to get an accurate translation. And mistakes that were not caught by your 'human translator' or algorithms are very obvious. I had to go through 7-8 revisions before I got something acceptable in quality.

Could’ve been better if I didn’t have to act as both the QC and the customer. The translation wasn’t properly done the footer formatting wasn’t respected. I was in a rush, which is why I went with it, but honestly, it was disappointing. Having to ask for a revision three times? Definitely a 1-star experience.

Use a more personalized service! ---Sent initial support email requesting info regarding trademarks, and received two automated emails that didn't directly answer the question. Went ahead with the order with a document that clearly states for trademark and a statement asking them to reach out with any questions. The language selection is misleading and confusing and now I have a translation to Spanish... I needed it FROM Spanish TO english FOR A TRADEMARK!....They have a revision request... Nope, I get an automated email to pay again! This company is all automated and they're just out for your money! Stay away! This company should not be legally certified to translate as they don't even check or review material!

The translation was terrible. I would not have known if I didn't speak French so I wonder how many poor people out there failed to get what they wanted and didn't even know it. The second translation was better but, quite honestly, not good enough. I will not use your services again and will advise anyone who asks, to avoid your company. I needed to translate some documents in ********** and was charged for the service. After the work was completed, the translators realized that since my documents were from ********** and not what I requested, certified documents required official documentation from the same country. They then informed me that they would not provide any refunds, despite the significant financial and emotional distress this caused me. This wouldn't be accepted by ***** at all. They would want me to send it to have it rejected to get the refund. My heart is broken.I feel very disappointed and angry about this experience.

This review is filled with misinformation and we would greatly appreciate it if the customer would return and update. We have already explained the process in detail to the customer directly and they know what they need to do to meet the requirements of their receiving party. The following is a brief correction of the misleading and/or misinformation that was posted in the review:

1) We learned the source documents were vital certificates issued in ********** the moment we viewed the source files (not after the translations were completed). This is not an issue whatsoever and we translate documents that originate from all over the world, including **********, everyday.

It turns out the receiving party requires an apostille for the original source documents to validate authenticity. We have explained to the customer this has nothing to do with the translation and they should obtain the apostille from the CA SoS. They will then need to have the apostille translated into the target language (Czech) also.

2) The end user is not USCIS so that sentence is very misleading. It is correct that ***** would not accept the translation but it is not because we don't meet USCIS requirements (we definitely do and have a 100% acceptance rate), it is because the customer needed their English documents translated into Czech (USCIS requires English translations of foreign language documents). 

The only reason USCIS came up is because the customer tried to tell us they would get a ***** rejection as part of their refund request and we explained our refund policy. The customer was not acting in good faith with their request for a refund of the services, falsely suggesting their Czech translation was being submitted to *****, and they are propagating the misinformation here, which is disappointing.

We have continued to work with the customer to assist them in understanding the requirements for their end use case and we would appreciate an update on the review they posted here.

They did manage to revise it with my pointed list of about 8 mistakes made on the 1 page document. I would not use this service again nor recommend to anyone.

The delivered translation was ok (just a minor mistake), but the turnaround time was very dissatisfying. I paid the express fee which said I would receive the translation within 12 hours. I told them it was urgent, I needed it to leave the country for my family member's funeral. I received the translation after pretty much 36 hours and only because I inquired about it the next day after placing the order. Of course they charged me the express fee without delivering this service.I didnt even receive an apology. I would not work with them again.

Too poor job. I gave a document with single date to be translated but the translation seems to be liked done from google translator. Same name has two different errors in two different places.

The company reviewed my 2 page document and then increased my order to 4 pages.I approved a 4 page translated document, that would then be signed, certified and notarized.The certified copy was 3 pages. The last page, which was the finalization of the divorce proceedings, was omitted from the certified, signed copy.When I brought this to their attention, the company said that the order had already been shipped. They completed a revision of the document that once again included the final page and submitted the revision for my approval, but stated that the full document would not be shipped since the order had already been *********** do you pay $130 for 4 pages and only receive 3 pages?I guess it is my privilege to compensate this company for their mistakes at my expense.

It’s absolutely terrible! I began to review the translation and realized it was not right. I was planning to send all corrections but it was so overwhelming that I had to pay for a new translation. I think that the translation was done by a machine and was not even checked before it was sent to me. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all! NEVER EVER! Loss of time and money!

Im so disappointed. I just took this to the consulate and they rejected this translation. They pointed out a few errors. RushTranslate added or changed numbers on my childs' birth certificate. I had to pay such a premium because I was at the consulate and needed my official documents translated at that moment. I would appreciate a refund. I paid $69.85 for 1 document and it was rejected.

Would definitely not deal with you again. I trashed the reports I got from you as Translations are not accurate (I'm not an expert to review the correct terminology). In addition, You mentioned 24 hours in the beginning, but then said the translation was long and would take more than 24 hours and charged me more to complete in24 hours. I paid a lot for nothing!! Do you know why the translations you get are not accurate? Because they hire people on Upwork to take care of your translations. And the people they hire on Upwork are not professional translators, just "native speakers" who work for very low rates.

Not very good. The specified translation issue needed was done incorrectly. I speak Spanish and live in a Spanish speaking country. Per usage, context, and dictionary definition of the word "Diagnostico" listing the issue in this medical treatment document, the definition of "Diagnostico" is Diagnosis or Diagnostic. In this context it is Diagnosis. Only auto-translate software used commercially automatically chooses one of the multiple meanings of a word and just goes with it. I specifically asked for a proper translation. I now have to go to my primary care doctor and pay him a LOT more money to officially translate the document correctly. All of these physicians laugh when I tell them the automated translators incorrectly translate this as diagnostic. Because every doctor knows that in these medical documents they are referring to Diagnosis. Even my clinical online record has this as my list of diagnoses for all chronic medical problems in my file. Because without the verbs and actions of diagnostic tests in the context, the word diagnostico means diagnosis. Thanks for nothing. Waste of time.

Worst Translation I ever had. After the corrections I gave them I still had my document returned from a government agency for misspelled names and words. Requested another revision now.

Portuguese (Brazil) to English

I didn't like the service and I don't recommend this platform. I would rather have paid more for someone who actually had given me the complete translation than keep me revising it and sending it all over again through the platform. The platform lacks a space to message the translator instead of submitting one request each time, because sometimes you just find another mistake after having submitted the file to revise and then you need to wait till the person sends you the revised version to send another thing to correct which takes forever. And you could resolve that by sending just a message. Besides that, I paid for 6 pages and only got 2 till now. Unfortunately I just read the others review and saw how poor are they translation when was too late. But I do not recommend Rush Translation at all!

They translated my university curriculum and translated Calculo as Calculations instead of Calculus (there is no such a thing as calculations) anyone with a bit of knowledge in this technical things or with a bit of professionalism would have look up for the actual translation. They also translated Fisica as Physical instead of Physics (once again what kind of subject would Physical be?). Hey but to count the words and charge me more there we pretty efficient ha?

I have ordered an official translation from Arabic to English for a sensititve document that could be used in a court of law. many mistakes and the translator clearly did not do a professional job. The translation sent to me by Rush was absolotely below the bar that I had to do the translation myself and send it to the people I paid $94.80 for them to do this job. The formatting of the final document is absolotely haphazard, different font sizes that make no sense and really looks sloppy. They were very quick to ask me for extra charges but took them 5 days to deliver a final document that i am not really happy about. I used to use Rush and reccomend it to people, not anymore! Really disappointed in this service.

A translation company more accurately a scam, can never be any worse! I'm so dissapointed with their so-called services. Really? Paying hundreds of dollars for a few pages and getting them translated with hundreds of mistakes? They ain't got any professionalism at all. Spelling mistakes, mistakes in format, contradiction in the name of the same person on the same page, how ridiculous is that? When I asked for modifications, at some points they did but they literally COPIED AND PASTED MY OWN MESSAGES, so as a result the rest of the document is written on a certain font-style and the modified sentences with a different font-style, as they literally copied and pasted from my own text which I wanted them to change into. What kind of professionalismis is that? I would like to get my money back, but I don't even think they are going to. It's a clear scam. Stay away.

Typos, expensive and poorly reliable. 1) Seems like they used an older document from another customer, which is ok, but they also transferred some of their information into my document... Like.. what? 2) Typos, typos, typos 3)After submitting change requests, the revisions went back to previous mistakes already made, having to submit more change requests. 4) Bad usage of some vocabulary. I mean, I am not a translator but I could see some wrong usage of verbs on the translation. 5) Lazy enough to put "Ineligible" in some stamps that could be read with some effort. 6) Hiden fees. After getting a quote I paid for the order $50 USD, and before they worked on it, they requested me another $50 USD because there were too many words. I would appreciate a quote that takes longer to get but accurate since the first time. Smh, I wasted 5 days on revisions until I gave up and searched for another translation company. Edit: In comparison, I paid 120 USD for the other service with physical copy, no hassle, no hidden fees, no issues, no typos. This was back in May 2024, so I hope they have improved their practices by now. However, I wouldn't recommend this company.
