Would definitely not deal with you again. I trashed the reports I got from you as Translations are not accurate (I'm not an expert to review the correct terminology). In addition, You mentioned 24 hours in the beginning, but then said the translation was long and would take more than 24 hours and charged me more to complete in24 hours. I paid a lot for nothing!! Do you know why the translations you get are not accurate? Because they hire people on Upwork to take care of your translations. And the people they hire on Upwork are not professional translators, just "native speakers" who work for very low rates.

Not very good. The specified translation issue needed was done incorrectly. I speak Spanish and live in a Spanish speaking country. Per usage, context, and dictionary definition of the word "Diagnostico" listing the issue in this medical treatment document, the definition of "Diagnostico" is Diagnosis or Diagnostic. In this context it is Diagnosis. Only auto-translate software used commercially automatically chooses one of the multiple meanings of a word and just goes with it. I specifically asked for a proper translation. I now have to go to my primary care doctor and pay him a LOT more money to officially translate the document correctly. All of these physicians laugh when I tell them the automated translators incorrectly translate this as diagnostic. Because every doctor knows that in these medical documents they are referring to Diagnosis. Even my clinical online record has this as my list of diagnoses for all chronic medical problems in my file. Because without the verbs and actions of diagnostic tests in the context, the word diagnostico means diagnosis. Thanks for nothing. Waste of time.

I didn't like the service and I don't recommend this platform. I would rather have paid more for someone who actually had given me the complete translation than keep me revising it and sending it all over again through the platform. The platform lacks a space to message the translator instead of submitting one request each time, because sometimes you just find another mistake after having submitted the file to revise and then you need to wait till the person sends you the revised version to send another thing to correct which takes forever. And you could resolve that by sending just a message. Besides that, I paid for 6 pages and only got 2 till now. Unfortunately I just read the others review and saw how poor are they translation when was too late. But I do not recommend Rush Translation at all!

They translated my university curriculum and translated Calculo as Calculations instead of Calculus (there is no such a thing as calculations) anyone with a bit of knowledge in this technical things or with a bit of professionalism would have look up for the actual translation. They also translated Fisica as Physical instead of Physics (once again what kind of subject would Physical be?). Hey but to count the words and charge me more there we pretty efficient ha?

I have ordered an official translation from Arabic to English for a sensititve document that could be used in a court of law. many mistakes and the translator clearly did not do a professional job. The translation sent to me by Rush was absolotely below the bar that I had to do the translation myself and send it to the people I paid $94.80 for them to do this job. The formatting of the final document is absolotely haphazard, different font sizes that make no sense and really looks sloppy. They were very quick to ask me for extra charges but took them 5 days to deliver a final document that i am not really happy about. I used to use Rush and reccomend it to people, not anymore! Really disappointed in this service.

A translation company more accurately a scam, can never be any worse! I'm so dissapointed with their so-called services. Really? Paying hundreds of dollars for a few pages and getting them translated with hundreds of mistakes? They ain't got any professionalism at all. Spelling mistakes, mistakes in format, contradiction in the name of the same person on the same page, how ridiculous is that? When I asked for modifications, at some points they did but they literally COPIED AND PASTED MY OWN MESSAGES, so as a result the rest of the document is written on a certain font-style and the modified sentences with a different font-style, as they literally copied and pasted from my own text which I wanted them to change into. What kind of professionalismis is that? I would like to get my money back, but I don't even think they are going to. It's a clear scam. Stay away.

Typos, expensive and poorly reliable. 1) Seems like they used an older document from another customer, which is ok, but they also transferred some of their information into my document... Like.. what? 2) Typos, typos, typos 3)After submitting change requests, the revisions went back to previous mistakes already made, having to submit more change requests. 4) Bad usage of some vocabulary. I mean, I am not a translator but I could see some wrong usage of verbs on the translation. 5) Lazy enough to put "Ineligible" in some stamps that could be read with some effort. 6) Hiden fees. After getting a quote I paid for the order $50 USD, and before they worked on it, they requested me another $50 USD because there were too many words. I would appreciate a quote that takes longer to get but accurate since the first time. Smh, I wasted 5 days on revisions until I gave up and searched for another translation company. Edit: In comparison, I paid 120 USD for the other service with physical copy, no hassle, no hidden fees, no issues, no typos. This was back in May 2024, so I hope they have improved their practices by now. However, I wouldn't recommend this company.

RushTranslate did not translate their own Certificate of Translation Accuracy with these two criminal background checks, so they were useless. I asked RushTranslate to provide the translation of their own Certificate of Translation Accuracy and they refused citing problems with their notary not being able to notarize what they can't read and only to provide a digital copy - even if I paid postage to send the paper copy. ApostilleInt has no problem notarizing their own Certificates of Translation Accuracy in both languages so now I have to pay all over again to get it done right, and the time wasted is putting my citizenship application in jeopardy.

We feel it is very important to respond to this to set the record straight. The source document was a diploma and it was translated fully as we have in thousands of other orders. However, the client was unhappy and insisted that we create a copy of the diploma in English. We informed them that a certified translation is not a "copy" of another document in the target language. Rather, it is a word-for-word translation of the original document. delivered on RushTranslate letterhead including a signed and stamped Certificate of Translation Accuracy for official use as required by U.S. Immigration (USCIS), universities, courts, and many local, state, and federal governments. A certified translation is meant to be submitted along with the original document in the source language, not passed off as an original document in the target language. To replicate the original document (i.e. matching colors/fonts, using software to lift logos and signatures, etc.) would be unethical and, in some cases, illegal.

As was explained previously, we must remain faithful to the source text when completing a certified translation and cannot add, edit or omit any text. The thing keeping them from being 5 stars is that they work with freelance translators who eventually grow tired of completing those free revision requests. They will at times refuse to complete revisions. This is what brings them down to 3 stars, because despite this, the result appears to be a high quality translation. What brings them down to 1 star is 1) when they stop communicating with you or 2) don't tell you that they are having issues with their translators, and 3) when the staff approves revision requests that were completely ignored by the translator, thereby, placing their stamp of approval on a refused revision request, and then 4) to add salt to injury, not providing any reason whatsoever as to why they approved a revision without that revision having been completed.

The person who made my translation was rude and didn't want to apply the change I asked for or even try to look for a solution. After submitting two revisions, they canceled them, and they said they couldn't change the meaning of any word even though it could be misunderstood (ironically, they changed the meaning of a word in the first translation). They never made the change, implying they were not going to change the meaning of that word. On the other side, customer support was excellent and kindly applied a solution to my request by adding a footnote (which would have been great if the person who translated the document in the first place had done that). 5 stars to customer support!

Really disappointed! I choose this Company for my document translation for the good reviews they had. Obviously I needed this document back on time and yes it was sent back as estates (24 hours), but with so many errors. How it supposed to be approved if it has been certified but with errors?? I just hope they get back to me quick and get this document corrected ASAP. Really bad quality translation and so disappointed.

Well, the name is ‘RushTranslate’, so don’t be surprised when your finished product is flawed and has typos. I had the most simple document I needed translated (could’ve done it myself, but need a certified translation), and they still managed to mess it up. Do NOT use this business if you are the person in a rush, it will not work out for you. Don’t expect a refund either

We don't offer credential evaluation, just translation, which is required prior to credential evaluation. Once you receive the certified translation from us, you will take that to an accredited credential evaluation service, such as Educational Perspectives, or World Education Services, to have the credentials evaluated. The translation of the original document was fine and as expected. HOWEVER, I request that the certification statement be written in the language of the people who will be reading it, in Spanish. What good is the certification if it is not in a native language of the people reading it? It is meaningless and worthless. I have not yet received that reasonable request. I am very upset about this.
