The person who made my translation was rude and didn't want to apply the change I asked for or even try to look for a solution. After submitting two revisions, they canceled them, and they said they couldn't change the meaning of any word even though it could be misunderstood (ironically, they changed the meaning of a word in the first translation). They never made the change, implying they were not going to change the meaning of that word. On the other side, customer support was excellent and kindly applied a solution to my request by adding a footnote (which would have been great if the person who translated the document in the first place had done that). 5 stars to customer support!

Really disappointed! I choose this Company for my document translation for the good reviews they had. Obviously I needed this document back on time and yes it was sent back as estates (24 hours), but with so many errors. How it supposed to be approved if it has been certified but with errors?? We don't offer credential evaluation, just translation, which is required prior to credential evaluation. Once you receive the certified translation from us, you will take that to an accredited credential evaluation service, such as Educational Perspectives, or World Education Services, to have the credentials evaluated. The translation of the original document was fine and as expected. HOWEVER, I request that the certification statement be written in the language of the people who will be reading it, in Spanish. What good is the certification if it is not in a native language of the people reading it? It is meaningless and worthless. I have not yet received that reasonable request. I am very upset about this.

To Rush Translate, I am usually happy with the work that is being done but this time was truly a disappointment. I paid for a translator to give me a thorough translation word by word. Instead I received an automatically generated translation. I know this because a real translator would know if it is a persons name in the document. Instead he/she gave a direct translation of the name. See my comments to the translator before draft was approved. I also checked with a Georgian who knows English and was told exactly the same thing. This is a legal document and MUST have been done accurately. Please address this issue with the person who was suppose to translate the document originally. This is not the first time with my translations! Thank you

I was quite happy at first: the service personell seemed eager to help and even issued a refund spontaneously because the file was smaller than what I indicated and paid for. The price is also decent. Unfortunately my satisfation ends there: the document was translated without any care. I had to state what the correct translation for many terms was, I had to point out chunks of text that were out of place. I just submitted my 3rd revision request due to out-of-place text. Anyone that spent 2 minutes comparing the files and performing a quality check would realize things are out of place or just plain wrong. It would have been fine as an oversight in the first document, but a third time is too much for a professional getting paid to do this. Many sentences in the delivered file were incomplete, wrong, or had "pieces" of other sentences amidst other unrelated text. Unfortunately I needed to have a "certified translation", so I had to pay for this service which paired me with a translator that was clearly less able to do the job than me, the paying client. Overall disappointing, which is a shame.

Asked for my birth certificate to be translated, and I wasn't happy with the result. I sent a revised version to correct the errors and once again the translation was poorly done. (cut sentences, duplicates, word in the wrong places, wrong date of birth...) In the end,  I had to do it myself which is not ideal for an official document. Not worth the money!

I am really disappointed with your work. Literally, I should translate medical terms by myself and, eventually, your translator made a mistake which I mentioned. If I had opportunity to check the translation after my last letter, I would have found that mistake, but you did not let me to do that. Please, explain to your interpreter that "rector" and "head of education institution" are the different occupations, and send me the correct translation of the document (I am talking about diploma which was issued in 1998).

Absolutely ABYSMAL quality for the price I paid. The translator did not seem to have a good grasp of the French language or the French education system. There were countless mistakes and the name of my university was spelled two different ways on my diploma and transcripts. No refund (except for the notarization, which hadn't been completed yet). This company is a scam; look up an individual translator through the ATA database instead and ask for an example of their work.

The translation was terrible; I had to go through the whole document and revise it. It sounded like somebody put it in google Translate, as the sentences were fragmented. I paid extra for translation certification, but even that one was cheesy! Overall, low quality. Two stars only for their speed and overconfidence!

NOT HAPPY. I AM REQUESTING A TOTAL REFUND !!!!  Translation so rush !!!! So many mistakes !!! world for world translation. google translation does better for free !!!! Ridiculous !!!  Example: " motivateurs d'esprits / Motivator of minds ?!? Prêt à porter  pàp / ready to wear ?!? Dans le cadre de / Within the framework ?!? Hébergement / Lodging ?!? Acceptation de projet / Accepted Porject ?!? .....and many others .... The translation was rushed as the payment. No need to send them corrections, worthless ! time consuming....

Sam, as already explained via email, you selected "signature required" when you placed the order but then refused delivery of the package when the shipper attempted to deliver. We are happy to reship the package but you need to either drop the "signature required" or sign for the package when they attempt to deliver or it will be returned again. the meaning of most words are wrong. i would like to have another one more translate back. this is my second time using this rushtranslate. the first one was perfect but this one don't even worth one star. i wrote the name so that he or she who will translate will type the exact name but he or she messed it up and also they used he for she.  a lot like to have one more translate back.

I did not like the translation. In the past I ordered some certified translation with you guys and it was completely different, it was well done, looks professional. Now I ordered some bank statement translation and it looks so bad. The person that translated didn’t ever bother to write the name of the bank in the translation. I’m not satisfied at all. So sad!
