Not happy with the service

Service is good, however quality of the translation is below subpar. The translator had zero attention to detail when translating my documents. The spelling of names was specifically stated but were not used. I also noticed that information was translated correctly in one section of the document but incorrect in another.

I will have to make significant adjustments. For instance, my job title was translated as Developpeur Principal (lead developer), for jobs at which I was just a senior developer. The meaning is completely different. There are also some smaller mistakes, I did not get around to verify everything.

Good for getting official documents translated - formatting looks good. Make sure to note spelling or there will be inconsistencies. Text translation was also fine. However I had a handwritten card translated, and there were a lot of mistakes and awkwardly translated spots/misspellings. Bit pricey considering I could have translated the card better myself faster and without requesting a revisions and waiting again. But good for official documents. Also anything that is in English (not being translated) but in the document will count towards the word limit.

It is extremely difficult to get in touch with the service for any type of clarification and translations have, at times, typos.

I got my translated documents back rapidly fast. Unfortunately the translation was not really accurate, however after I requested a revision, all the issues has been resolved. So in the end I am happy with the service for the money!

Expedited turnaround was fantastic! Unfortunately, the quality of the delivered documents was missing a lot of logos, signatures, stamps. etc.

The service was good but the quality was lacking. Something as simple as a copy-paste of a name spelling couldn't be done right, resulting in an additional 4-day delay. The translation lacked proper grammar and context, If I weren't bilingual (french - English) I would have ended up with a translation that wasn't accurate. I had to send the full copy of the translation I did myself to put us on the final copy.

I make an order on Dec29,2023. Recently I want to make a statement that I don't need you to give certification for my son's high diploma. I know there are many chaotic scences of educations in China. As a mother, I feel anxious. I expect that you can't discrimination against us. I feel you don't respect us. we pay for you.

Service is disappointing from two aspects. It seems a very simple matter to put 8 pages in an envelope and mail it USPS for about $3 to Japan. But Rush said only FedEx at $62! Why? This is not customer focused. I was in no hurry. This alone will assure I do not use Rush again. Secondly, the zip code was listed incorrectly. It went across town, we fortunately were called and it arrived. Poor attention to detail. Rush should listen to clients on how they want the hard copy mailed and accommodate them.

Their service is really quick and efficient, they did a small mistake on my birth certificate, I asked them to correct it and they really did. I recommend them highly 👌

There were three mistakes on a single translation page! I) Number missing on the top right; II) The day in the date in Brazil comes first than the month (therefore the date translation should be 07/04/1994); III) Took the "XXVIII" exam and not the "XXVII".

Very disappointed in the translations as of late. The quality seems to have gone down. There were a lot of translations errors that had to be corrected. There needs to be a quality check before the translations are sent out.

Translation was great, even detected the different language and turnaround was really quick. delivering hard copy is really bad, its been 3 months and we still have not received it. we were told the address was wrong, although it is correct and to ship it again we should pay shipping fees again

I requested yesterday a doc to be notarized and translated from English to Italian in order to apply for a Italian citizenship but the document authenticated was not the page I requested. I checked and confirmed the translation and all the info but a second page was created by rush translate that was denied by the agency we are submitting the documents. we need the certificate of birth that was sent to the certified and notarized. and last but not least we need a notarized English version as well ( the original one, certified/ notarized) Can you provide me the instructions or send information how to update it? Tks

The teams seem very responsive at first. The electronic translation was done in timely manner as advertise. I requested the 2 days shipping with fedex and I paid extra for it. I needed the translate document ink signed and sent to me. It has been 10 days since I received the electronic form, however I have not received yet the paper copy. So quality of translation is good. Service is not what I expect and what I paid for

The customer service was great. I had questions and it was answered immediately. Although, I am upset that the fact that my paperwork had an area for the notary person to date and sign which they didn’t do and put it on another sheet instead and it’s in English. I would like to suggest maybe in the future to give the options to customers whatever language they have it translated to then to have the certifications note in that language even if we have to pay more. At this point I think my paperwork will might get disapproved because the signature and stamp is not on the paperwork itself nor is it in the language I need it to be so they wouldn’t understand. 😅This was pretty pricey for two sheets.

Service and translation are good. I am just still waiting for the hard copy to be sent and it has been a while!

Used them twice. First one was for a Spanish to English translation which turned out fine. But the second time (Japanese to English translation), the translation was way off. Lucky I have a brother who is proficient in Japanese who caught the mistakes and spend time to edit pretty much 70% of the first draft. If it wasn't for him, I would have approved it and it would have been bad. Just be careful when choosing them.

We found multiple errors in the numbers that were supposed to be just copied over as-is. These are financial statements, and it is not acceptable to have errors in the translation. We had to re-do a bunch of our tax forms because of these errors along with embarrassing conversation with the CPA. I will not be providing financial statements to RushTranslate any more due to the inaccuracies in the translation. If you are automating/using OCR - you should at least verify the numbers in things like financial statements have been recognized correctly.

RushTranslate made the process of ordering easy and provided a quick turn-around service. Unfortunately, attention to detail was lacking. I went through 3 revisions due to spelling mistakes I pointed out in the first revision. To their credit, they answered my emails quickly and promptly revised the translation. My advice would be to run your translations through a spell check before sending them to your clients — that would save us all a lot of time.

Hello, I was not very happy with my birth certificate translation, it had major mistakes with first names and also the city that appeared many times in the document. I don't think the translation was made by any human being ; it looked like it was made by google translation and not by human professional. It would have been easy to detect the mistakes by double-checking it afterwards... Very disappointing knowing the importance of the document's veracity and the fact that it will be used by the US Government.

The service provided was quick. However, the grades were just literally translated and not into the US American grade system. But it's still been accepted. Thanks

Not usable. Service and delivery were quick, but translation and the form it has been provided is not usable at all. Formating is off, it is not even clear what part was translated and where it is on the original document. Enjoy your $32 and I'm not using this service ever again.

It took more than 48 hours for the translation. However, your reponse for back-up was prompt. Only one spelling error and glad you provided both word and pdf docs. I was able to do the slight amendment myself via the word doc. Overall, you made it on time for my meeting and submission.

Good service but did not receive the document in time to be relevant. Ordered Tuesday finally came Saturday. Needed it Friday. Didn’t even open the Fedex

It was a good experience time wise, but they misspelled the name, I wish that they had the choice to give them how to spell the names.

Not the most accurate translation. Had to send several revisions. Grammar mistakes should not be an issue for this type of company but they are. So I had to fix those as well.

I had only one revision to make. However, it was the only phrase on the document and wasn't translated correctly. Besides that, the layout is excellent.

This time I was disappointed. It took more than 48 hours for the translations to be sent or at least to notify me. Some of the translations looked like they were too basic, I had to give revisions on things that could easily be done on the first translations. Saying that it was still professional and I liked that you changed the acronyms column into a word column.

After submitting 2 revisions, it ended up ok. The document was the easiest and short. Unfortunately the translator that I’ve got wasn’t attentive at all, he/she didn’t even check the text for simple mistakes. I found 4 major mistakes. Example: COVID 19 turned into COVID IS (it’s already in English though). Please check for typos, when you do automated machine reading “writing to text”. This approach didn’t seem professional to me.

unfortunately I didn’t receive what I was expecting, I missed the Spanish translation of cover sheet and had to request it again to learned that they only do digital at this point even thought it wasn’t my fault, and now the agency I am working with only take originals with wet signature, so I could not complete my process.

I typed and provided the textual handwriting words in the original language. Still Im getting the wrong translation or [Nonlegible] More over the names of the Government Entity and job titles are translated incorrectly . Just Lazy translation, very disappointed The only good thing is the Platform and UI/UX

The translation was a bit off. But it works for what I need it for.

Quality: I am unable to review the translation at this point. I assume it is correct, so giving that piece 5 stars. Service: I purchased a certified translation and notarization service. For notary, the advertisement saying valid in all states is misleading as it turned out in my case. To contact support, email is the only option. No way to reach a person on the phone quickly. You don't really have a point of contact as lead you to believe during the quote process. Overall it's hit or miss depending on which agent you hit and I found most responses effectively saying, tough luck try us next time. As for how quick the service is, the translation will be done in 24 hours, but they take another 24 hours to ship it out. So not very "Rush" I would stay away from them in the future.

Service was fast but exceeded the 24-hour initial deadline. My last name was misspelled. Basic mistake here. Correction was a swift process, took some hours but came back correct. Translator did not keep consistency in terms of regional orthography. There is “honor” and also “honour” written in the final translation.

The initial translations had numerous errors, several of which were very serious, e.g. wrong date of birth, wrong name. I meticulously corrected everything, they fixed it accordingly, I got a $10 discount (a rather small consolation). This was for my wife's green card application. Would not recommend, unless they implement some major changes, or fire whoever's job it was to translate my documents. To their credit, customer service was pleasant, prompt, and fixed the issue. Seems like management is solid but their translators aren't (at least the ones working on my documents).

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since it was solicited… here it is. Positives: Very responsive, easy to navigate and easy to use website. Quality of work: I won’t be using the translated document. The formatting of the end result leaves a lot to be desired (text alignment, font consistency etc.) Part of the text was not initially translated - I caught it and submitted request for revision which was promptly completed, however after it was finalized, I noticed other issues such as the course code containing the letter “B” somehow became a numeral “8”. Perhaps the document was translated using OCR? In any case, I will be paying for another translation elsewhere, perhaps little less rushed. Willingness to recommend? - If you’re in a hurry and don’t necessarily need professional looking results, sure.

My only concern was regarding the non legible words and phrases . I hope the translation provided is sufficient for my immigration interview.

Good service, I use it several times, but sometimes (50%) they do mistakes translating (numbers, last name) meaning delays, they don’t pay you for it, if you do a mistake you should pay for it.

Fast service, but there was a translation mistake from Japanese I had to correct myself.

Nice and fast but expensive

It took 4 rounds of revisions so the translator could get the job done. For some reason even numbers were wrong. This is my 4-5th time using this company and I always had good translators, but this time my experience was awful and delayed.
