The teams seem very responsive at first. The electronic translation was done in timely manner as advertise. I requested the 2 days shipping with fedex and I paid extra for it. I needed the translate document ink signed and sent to me. It has been 10 days since I received the electronic form, however I have not received yet the paper copy. So quality of translation is good. Service is not what I expect and what I paid for

The customer service was great. I had questions and it was answered immediately. Although, I am upset that the fact that my paperwork had an area for the notary person to date and sign which they didn’t do and put it on another sheet instead and it’s in English. I would like to suggest maybe in the future to give the options to customers whatever language they have it translated to then to have the certifications note in that language even if we have to pay more. At this point I think my paperwork will might get disapproved because the signature and stamp is not on the paperwork itself nor is it in the language I need it to be so they wouldn’t understand. 😅This was pretty pricey for two sheets.

We found multiple errors in the numbers that were supposed to be just copied over as-is. These are financial statements, and it is not acceptable to have errors in the translation. We had to re-do a bunch of our tax forms because of these errors along with embarrassing conversation with the CPA. I will not be providing financial statements to RushTranslate any more due to the inaccuracies in the translation. If you are automating/using OCR - you should at least verify the numbers in things like financial statements have been recognized correctly.

RushTranslate made the process of ordering easy and provided a quick turn-around service. Unfortunately, attention to detail was lacking. I went through 3 revisions due to spelling mistakes I pointed out in the first revision. To their credit, they answered my emails quickly and promptly revised the translation. My advice would be to run your translations through a spell check before sending them to your clients — that would save us all a lot of time.

Hello, I was not very happy with my birth certificate translation, it had major mistakes with first names and also the city that appeared many times in the document. I don't think the translation was made by any human being ; it looked like it was made by google translation and not by human professional. It would have been easy to detect the mistakes by double-checking it afterwards... Very disappointing knowing the importance of the document's veracity and the fact that it will be used by the US Government.

Not usable. Service and delivery were quick, but translation and the form it has been provided is not usable at all. Formating is off, it is not even clear what part was translated and where it is on the original document. Enjoy your $32 and I'm not using this service ever again.

Good service but did not receive the document in time to be relevant. Ordered Tuesday finally came Saturday. Needed it Friday. Didn’t even open the Fedex


Thanks for posting the review but the record should be clarified for accuracy. We received your order on Wednesday 8/16 at 6:43am PT and we completed the translation in less than 4 hours. It was sent for your review at 10:33am PT and you approved the translation so it could be shipped at 9:28pm PT. The translation was processed for shipping the next morning (8/17) and we sent the confirmation at 6:27am PT. Tracking shows the package was picked up the same day (8/17) and delivered two days later, which is in accordance with the 2nd day shipping service selected in checkout. The only things that would have allowed for the delivery on Friday (8/18) would be if you had indeed placed the order a day sooner or if you selected overnight delivery for shipping service. I had only one revision to make. However, it was the only phrase on the document and wasn't translated correctly. Besides that, the layout is excellent.

This time I was disappointed. It took more than 48 hours for the translations to be sent or at least to notify me. Some of the translations looked like they were too basic, I had to give revisions on things that could easily be done on the first translations. Saying that it was still professional and I liked that you changed the acronyms column into a word column.

Romanian to English
After submitting 2 revisions, it ended up ok. The document was the easiest and short. Unfortunately the translator that I’ve got wasn’t attentive at all, he/she didn’t even check the text for simple mistakes. I found 4 major mistakes. Example: COVID 19 turned into COVID IS (it’s already in English though). Please check for typos, when you do automated machine reading “writing to text”. This approach didn’t seem professional to me.

unfortunately I didn’t receive what I was expecting, I missed the Spanish translation of cover sheet and had to request it again to learned that they only do digital at this point even thought it wasn’t my fault, and now the agency I am working with only take originals with wet signature, so I could not complete my process.

Quality: I am unable to review the translation at this point. I assume it is correct, so giving that piece 5 stars. Service: I purchased a certified translation and notarization service. For notary, the advertisement saying valid in all states is misleading as it turned out in my case. To contact support, email is the only option. No way to reach a person on the phone quickly. You don't really have a point of contact as lead you to believe during the quote process. Overall it's hit or miss depending on which agent you hit and I found most responses effectively saying, tough luck try us next time. As for how quick the service is, the translation will be done in 24 hours, but they take another 24 hours to ship it out. So not very "Rush" I would stay away from them in the future.


Notarizations are indeed valid in all 50 states. You notified us you were needing to obtain an apostille (which is a certificate that authenticates the signature of a public official on a document for use in another country) and we informed you that an apostille can only be obtained via the office of the Secretary of State from the state that commissions the signer of the document (in this case, the Notary Public). As such, the apostille must be obtained from the Kentucky Office of the Secretary of State, since that is the state that commissions our Notary. All apostilles carry universal acceptance in any country that is party to the Hague Convention of 1961, regardless of where the apostille originated. This was all explained and we also provided a guide on how to obtain an apostille for the notorized translation.

Latin to English
Service was fast but exceeded the 24-hour initial deadline. My last name was misspelled. Basic mistake here. Correction was a swift process, took some hours but came back correct. Translator did not keep consistency in terms of regional orthography. There is “honor” and also “honour” written in the final translation.

Japanese to English
The initial translations had numerous errors, several of which were very serious, e.g. wrong date of birth, wrong name. I meticulously corrected everything, they fixed it accordingly, I got a $10 discount (a rather small consolation). This was for my wife's green card application. Would not recommend, unless they implement some major changes, or fire whoever's job it was to translate my documents. To their credit, customer service was pleasant, prompt, and fixed the issue. Seems like management is solid but their translators aren't (at least the ones working on my documents).

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since it was solicited… here it is. Positives: Very responsive, easy to navigate and easy to use website. Quality of work: I won’t be using the translated document. The formatting of the end result leaves a lot to be desired (text alignment, font consistency etc.) Part of the text was not initially translated - I caught it and submitted request for revision which was promptly completed, however after it was finalized, I noticed other issues such as the course code containing the letter “B” somehow became a numeral “8”. Perhaps the document was translated using OCR? In any case, I will be paying for another translation elsewhere, perhaps little less rushed. Willingness to recommend? - If you’re in a hurry and don’t necessarily need professional looking results, sure.

Good service, I use it several times, but sometimes (50%) they do mistakes translating (numbers, last name) meaning delays, they don’t pay you for it, if you do a mistake you should pay for it.

I am happy with the final translation even though I recommend reviewing your translation before you approve it, there were some overlooking mistakes but they were corrected after I asked for a revision. The one thing I wasn’t happy with, was that I was charged for two additional pages due to the number of words, even though it was a school transcript where most words were numbers that didn’t need to be translated. I think that should’ve been taken into consideration.

They did a good job with the translation but translated the address (which is a weird thing to do), however they did change it when I spoke to them about it.

Japanese to English
The staff were great when there was a problem and responded promptly, but I had to get my latest translation fixed three times. It was a very simple document and I needed it to be done quickly so I didn't do it myself. Their Japanese translator is unfortunately not good and I had to correct their translation. It was also not true to the original and they made multiple mistakes. I really liked this company when it was under rev and ordered multiple times before. I am unsure about the quality control now. I hope they change their Japanese translator as I'd like to use this company in the future.

The website was easy to use, and I appreciated that the translation only took a couple of days. I got a shock when I paid for the translation because it was more expensive than I had expected - it turns out the cost quoted was in US dollars, and not Australian dollars. I am Australian and had expected the cost was in Australian dollars. I don't know if I missed some information on the website, but I was not aware I would be paying in US dollars. I would have looked for an Australian site if I had known. I don't feel I can comment on the quality of the translation since I have no idea what was written on the document I had translated, and I just have to assume that the translation is accurate.

Average experience. If you need to translate a very important document and/or are not fluent in the language it's going to be translated to, I would definitely not recommend the service. I had three documents translated and all of them came back with mistakes, which I wouldn't have been able to identify if I wasn't fluent in the translated language. I then had to reach out and ask for a correction, which shouldn't happen in the first place considering the price. The positives were that the translations as well as the correction were done in a very short timeframe (less than 24 hours) and the wording in the translated documents were chosen well for the most part.

The website in itself is very practical, and the communication very easy. However, I asked for a (french to english) translation of a driver license (thirty words). Despite the standardness and brevity of the document, not only did I have to pay the full "single page" price, but there also was an obvious, simple mistake (first name and last name were inverted) in the translation. To put it in numbers, I paid 24.95$ for 30 words, and the first version had 2 out of 30 words wrong. Very disappointing.

Dutch to English
Translation easy to order and received very quickly (more quickly, in fact, than I think a human could have done it). However, translation (of official financial documents) was obviously run through translation software and made almost no sense–I could have done a better job myself. I feel like I paid $50 just for the certified translation stamp, but it looks like my bank accepted the translations so I guess they got the job done.

The first version of the translation had a pretty important error -- It listed "father" instead of "mother" on the birth certificate. It was corrected when I pointed it out, but I'm surprised such a crucial item was mistranslated.
