Had to have 4 pages of bank statements translated, and the service was promised for 48hs. It was delivered in 22hs, which was great, but it had 3 small mistakes (small typos from copy-pasting, I think). I was expecting this from the reviews I saw. It was a bit annoying to have to go over both the documents and the translations line by line to see if I could find any more issues. Honestly, though, at the price point and delivery speed, I can't complain too much. Corrections were returned very swiftly, too. Very happy to use RushTranslate again in the future.

I was not very happy with the translation I received. It missed some important details that were overlooked and not translated. It had the word "master's" instead of "bachelor's" and included some repetitions that I would attribute to inadvertence. I would not have been able to spot all the mistakes if I didn't speak English myself. However, the support team was amazing.

About half were correct and half were wrong. Was doing this as part on an on-line class in basic Hebrew. We can get translations from any source/ Looking for a reliable source of translation for future ministry work that I could pass on to others. Example: The answer to one of the translations you all sent was "In it, Israelis." According to the class professor the proper translation is "And these are the names of the children of Israel." I'm not saying all were wrong. While your translations are better then anybody else we have tried, Google Translate is a joke, about 30% were wrong. The single words were not bad, it's the short phrases that are the main issue. I'm deciding if I will try again next week.

I am somewhay satisfied with the translation. I needed these translations for an immigration case. This is very important to me and I wanted the work to be done right. Immigration returned for lack of information. I need the TRANSLATOR'S CERTIFICATION. I have spent quite a little bit of money with immigration in addition to fees paid for the translations and I do not want to get my case denied for imcomplete translations. The person in charge of my translation, perhaps he was new or perhaps he was busy, but not only did he not understand the naturalization of my document (course grades from my university degree) but also that I needed to review the document 3 times because it always came back with an incorrect or incomplete translation. In the end I finally got the document but I needed to spend a lot of time researching and correcting the words that the translator should use (because I needed this document to present to my university in the USA) when this should be his job and not mine.

Service is good and the timing is accurate enough. The only issue I had is that even if you pay for Expedit Service the documents are finalized only a few hours during the week so you might get your translation on Saturday Morning and you have to wait Monday mid/late morning to received the finalized documents to use. Other website give the documents already finalized even before the "Confirmation" that is requested to the user.
