Good turnaround appreciated, however the inability to translate Chinese characters in family registry documents (thus no dates are translated) renders the translation unusable. UPDATED: Thank you for the chance to request a revision. Dates written in the family registry with Chinese characters have also been translated to complete the document translation.

Translation was not good. The English grammar was pretty bad, and there were numerous typos. Seems like it was just pasted into google translate. Edit: After posting this review, a representative reached out to me almost immediately. They revised all of my translations to make them much better and acknowledged that errors had been made on the original. They also gave me a discount on another translation I needed to make. It's too bad the initial translation was not better quality, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service and quick work to fix the mistake. Given this, I would use this service again.

Fast, efficient and affordable BUT check the translations carefully. I had two identical forms translated (for two different people) and one of the translations had a copy/paste section from the wrong form containing the wrong information. Easy to catch on a three page document but concerning for longer projects. That said, revision process was effortless and issue was fixed promptly, would use RushTranslate again.

Docs are $25 a piece. I sent 5 documents. I got 4. No information as to why, although I mentioned that some handwritten parts of the documents I submitted might not be legible, that it would be okay in that case not to bother with the translation, and that I totally understand and would not expect any kind of refund if that is indeed the case with the one document - but nothing was mentioned, no annotation, no notation "didn't translate, bad source", nothing... "Paid in Full" "Order Complete", Files Submitted 5 , Translated files 4. $25 per file. #5 just vanished. I guess you guys are doing me a favor or something as it was? I was asking for too much?

The translation work I needed done was returned guick and accurately.

The translation I requested—a diploma and a certificate—was of excellent quality. My suggestion: as this is a diploma, it should include the necessary signatures and logos, just like those found on the original document. Regrettably, this is not part of the service.

When I ordered, I wrote down my name in the notes so an interpreter could quickly translate. However, they translated my name with a different pronunciation, so I was disappointed.

I have requested a few times for translation of documents, and all the time I had a good experience with delivery time, accuracy of the translation, and communication. Even when I requested for a review, it was done within a reasonable time.

Hi It was a good experience

Quick and accurate translation of a marriage certificate. Had to send back for 1 minor correction, it was corrected quickly and accurately.

There was a typo in the final product but overall good and professional how i originally requested.

I would have given 5 stars but, the last name was spelled incorrectly and I had to resubmit the correct spelling of the names. A couple of hours later the documents came back with the correct spelling of the names.

RushTranslate was very responsive and easy to use. The translation was very good as well with only a minor correction due to the original not being as clear as it could have been. I will absolutely use their services again! Easy timely and accurate. Thank you.

It was good and on time. However, I wish the translator had followed my notes and sent me the translation for review before it was marked as completed. Also, I expected to receive a paper copy of the document, but it seems I won't.

The majority of the documents were satisfactory, but there were inconsistency errors in how the job title was translated throughout the document. It should have been the same as it is an official title. There was also some inconsistency in the use of autochtone and indigène through the files, even when referring to the same committee or subject. Autochtone likely would have been the most accurate choice across the document as in all cases the phrasing was directly referring to indigenous peoples in Canada. We chose to do our own corrections due to our deadline, so no revisions were requested.

I think that official degree transcripts should be given more style (with reference to the uploaded documents).

I needed assistance for a specific service and was given the right instructions by the customer service. After some reviews I've got what I needed.

The turnaround time was decent but I found 3 typos in only one page document, have them corrected took one more business day.

The quality of the translation is superb, I'm very satisfied with it, communication, and service are excellent. The only thing I was a little bummed was I paid expedited shipping 24 hours but I still have not received it after going 4 days. Overall, still great, and would recommend to others.

This is the first time I have used an online translation service. In general all went VERY well. RushTranslate provides very good/excellent service with important add-on choices built into their process, like notarized copy and a couple other things. I would use RushTranslate again without hesitation. Also, considering the convenience (i.e., online service vs driving somewhere for an appointment) this was a good value. No running around finding parking and all that hassle is a big plus! The company is attentive, but when I made one phonecall it was "all about voicemail". There was no quick pick up or personal voice contact. HOWEVER (!!!) online the personal contact WAS in fact very prompt and my concerns/questions were answered quickly and with a good understanding of what my concerns actually were. Finally, although I am not one to complain often, I was disappointed that I paid for expedited service ($14.95 plus $12.95 Fedex) but did not get truly expedited service (re: physical delivery). A weekend between ordering/paying and actually receiving slowed the delivery down 2+ days. I thought Fedex delivers on weekends? All considered: I received excellent service and I'm happy. I look forward to getting my doc tomorrow Monday.

I did not know there was a word limit per page and had to pay for two pages to translate one document. This was slightly misleading, and I had to pay more than I needed to.

I got my birth certificate translated. The initial translation had some significant mistakes, including getting my place of birth wrong (probably copied from a different BC). There were also spelling mistakes, and grammar wasn’t very good. I speak both languages and could identify the mistakes easily but the service should be good enough for a non-English speaker to trust on the translation. The website is easy to use and they were punctual.
