I don't like the pricing system where I pay a fixed price only up to a certain number of words. How can I count the number of words in my document? I'm not comfortable to order a work when I don't know the price in advance. The system should tell us the number of word after the upload, before payment. Also, there is no way to remove a document once uploaded.

I am still in disbelief ... just how easy, fast, accurate, technical, accessible, and way more affordable for the price paid. The last time I used ANOTHER translation service (2015), I paid 2.5 times as much, terrible technology, multiple errors, clunky work check between the provider and me. Showed the proofs to my wife and she was completely in awe ... turnaround time, accuracy, ease of communications. I'll give two stars because of the fast turnaround, but the actual translation was awful. I had a Japanese death certificate translated, as they advertise translations for death certificates. The first translation draft I was given had glaring errors which would've made the translated document unusable (such as an incorrect date of death in one field and a random date entered in what should be a blank field), along with multiple other smaller errors and inconsistencies. Look, I understand that Japanese to English is one of the hardest translations to do. That being said, a good translation should be context-aware, yet this one wasn't despite being for a very specific type of document (a death certificate). Words were literally translated as if run through a (not particularly good) online translator, but due to the context some of the word translations were strange at best, incorrect at worst. I happen to be fully bilingual with translating experience. If I weren't and had blindly accepted the first draft, I would've had issues trying to use the translated document later due to the scope and magnitude of the errors. They're fast, relatively affordable, and responsive to review requests, but I would never recommend this service to anyone. The price just isn't worth the headache, considering how I ended up retranslating large chunks of the document myself as part of the review. Maybe they're better for easier language pairs (like Spanish to English), but they clearly can not handle more difficult translations.

The translations was very „robotic“. It was to word to word direct translate. There was not the human Professionalism on doing it. I am not happy with the translation at all. It would be the same as google translate. Not worthy the price you pay!

Amazing value! I am a very price-conscoius buyer and took some time shopping around before ordering the translation that I needed. RushTranslate was already very responsive to my questions before ordering. Basically there were two other groups of translation services: "premium" translation services, that wanted to charge more than double for the same work and "ultra-cheap" services that barely respond to questions, don't send out samples of their notarization page and/or have very strong disclaimers on that page which I found sketchy. The website of RushTranslate is very well organized and makes the entire process from getting a free quote, to ordering, to requesting revisions, to the final result very easy and smooth. Yes, the translation had a few mistakes at the beginning, but it was a very tough document and the translator very dilligently changed all parts acording to my revision requests. Also good that you can upload PDFs for revisions.
