Great service translating 3 documents to Lithuanian - agile, easy of use, quick turnaround. There were a few typos and locations that were not translated properly but were easily corrected after the first review. I would definitily recommend their service and use them agan  

The website and the process are incredibly smooth - great service! However, I did have to ask for 6 revisions before the translation was done correctly. I think this is the fault of the translator and not the website necessarily so your experience may be different.

Service was quick and accurate just some of the module/courses translated where not consistency in the typo presented, although information was accurate, just more of a aesthetic.

We received the translated files on time. Since they were medical documents, we will find out their quality at a later time when they are reviewed by qualified specialists. Your platform is not allowing me to submit this review without rating the quality, so I'm putting in average of 3 for quality for now. 

Great Service! quick an efficient

Service: RushTranslate translated two high school transcripts from Catalan to English. It met its deadlines for returning the translated documents and revisions. The website is easy to use. Quality: 95% of the translation was correct on the first round.  The translator neglected to translate three words, omitted a necessary website, three incorrect translations, and inserted text in columns that were blank in the original. It required two rounds of corrections to reach approval. 

Everything was accurate. There was only one comment to be mentioned: there were some numbers on my document in terms of a list with consecutive elements. These numbers were not taken into consideration in the translation. However, since I needed the document right away, I've decided to not ask for a revision. Thanks and until next time

Everything was good, thank you, just a couple of things: my last name was misspelled (but corrected quickly after my inquiry) and I put in the notes in bold letter that I need my documents to be translated in 2 different files. But that was ignored, I still got 1 file with everything (there were originally 2 absolutely different documents).

Quick turnaround, However, kept misspelling my dad's name (should be detailed and meticulous following the spelling on the birth certificate without me or my lawyer needing to check it.

It is the second time I use their services and are great, accurate even though some times are very literal. I believe if they do a translation for a document for Colombia, must get someone from Colombia to do it.

Work quality and interaction are the best. Turn around time was as promised initially. I would recommend you to anyone. 

I used RushTranslate to get my husband’s birth certificate and our marriage certificate translated from English to Romanian. The service was fast, efficient, very well done and user friendly. The only issue we encountered was with the notarization of the translations. It was issued in Kentucky but when we went to get our documents apostilled in LA, they didn’t recognize the notarization from Kentucky. Finally we had to pay an additional 40$ to get them notarized under California regulations. It’s good to bear this in mind if you don’t want to pay the same fee twice. Other than that, I recommend rushtranslate. 

The service provided was great.  Turnaround time was outstanding.  Cannot speak to the accuracy of the translation as I don't speak the language.

Delivery (mine was digital) was slower then expected but not critically. The quality of translation is excellent (Russian to English)

Order got ready fast, but I had to review my order a lot of times, plus, when I correct something, they would change another point, making me review and review again.

Extremely fast turnaround and affordable price. You definitely have to review it carefully (my birth certificate had my family name typed wrong throughout the article even though I gave them the correct spelling twice.) but overall satisfied. That being said, it will require the customer side to proofread.

Decent tho I paid extra I haven’t got my document quick enough. But nice quality of service tho.

RushTranslate provided a good translation. Despite a few hiccups in the process of submission, they were able to provide me with the services I needed in good time.

The translation from Greek to English is pretty good actually. I was hoping that the document will come back in one page, same as it was received. The translated document arrived in two pages, with the second page containing mostly empty spaces. It is a bit inconvenient to use this way, so hopefully this is something you could improve on. Otherwise everything was great.

Hey, I have to say overall service quality is Great but here an area to improve - you guys need to pay more attention to the 'Notes' sections.  From my past 3 orders back to back, my very simple request on the 'Notes' section was completely ignored which caused a subsequent revision and ultimately prolonged the process and wasted everyone's time.  This kind of repeated mistake will result in having customer like me to look for other competitor's service

Service is very good, quality is not so strong!

I found RushTranslate  through a Google search.  They were professional and efficient.  We went through one iteration of reviewing the translation and we we were done.  It was all done during the weekend and saved me since I needed a certified translation for my passport issues.  The Greek to English was well done.  I would recommend you put a little more direction on your page so that users can understand exactly where to go to review, where to accept, where to see the final version etc.    It is all there, just not obvious how to view it.   Thank you for the good work. 

The translation was good, but I had to provide around 6-7 items to improve (~4 of them were fairly obvious in my opinion).

The quality of the translation is perfect. However, the requested hard copy was never sent as per the USPS tracking system.

Very quick, affordable and easy to use service. The only minor detail I could mention as 4-star, rather than 5-star would be, that the formatting of my driver's license translation was slightly off. Other than that, no complaints!

Service is good and fast but if you do not ask for notarized copy, you do not have  an option to review and therefore if mistakes are made (even if from RushTranslate side) you dont have any option to rectify them.

The service and turn around were great! The translation was very good and more than adequate for the purpose.  I did note a two minor grammatical errors and one name misspelled.  The translator was a native Spanish speaker and they tend to switch pronoun genders in English.  My wife does this ALL the time... :)

Loved how they matched the format of the certs. There were some errors that if I had not been diligent in reviewing my order that could have caused some problems. These were small things (order numbers that did not match up from translation cert to doc and one cert titled incorrectly), but when I pointed these things out they were corrected promptly. I would use this service again and reccomend it to others.
