I am very satisfied with the overall quality of RushTranslate services. Quick responses to my inquiries and quote petition, fast and good translation from Spanish to English of an official document, applying per my request the formats and design of the original document. Also, they responded quickly to my corrections to the first draft. By the way, the few typos or discrepancies, were only due to the handwriting used in the source document. And reasonable prices too!

I went for a french to english translation for my academic transcript to apply for universities, delivery was super fast ~2days even  for standard order and translation is high quality, you get the translation certification and letter. they also made the revisions I asked for, the customer service is spot on. pricing is also better compare to other vendors ive found. i highly recommend ps: I would add international flags on the home page banner or make it more obvious that they can translate many language because at first i thought it was only for the United states, it should be their main selling point but it's easy to miss, customers don't read everything especially when it's all in the same colour in small.

I was happy with the quality. The only thing that I thought was wrong was when I was charged for 4 pages when the transcript was 2. I understand it goes by word count, but It included the Names before the messages and maybe even the time stamps. Also, Only a few of the messages needed to be translated. Some of them were in English. It was great otherwise.

RushTranslate provided an excellent service. The process was very simple. I submitted my work, wrote some instructions, and proceed to submit. I was hesitant to use this service because my document had a specific format and I did not know if the final product will resemble the original look. After a few minutes, I was contacted and informed that my work exceeded the word count I first set and that another payment was needed for the remainder word count. My impression was that this service was very expensive, but I proceeded because I really needed the service. When I received my documents, I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the translation. They followed my instructions exactly as I asked and they even formatted my document in the same way than the original. I would 100% recommend this service. The service received was excellent. The website was very easy to use and the communication back and forth was speedy and professional. The revisions, due to my own initial omissions, were handled quickly and seamlessly. The quality of the translation was excellent as well.  

Ultra fast and high quality outcome.

Honestly really unimpressed with the whole process. First translation was poorly formatted. I had to significantly pressure the service team for a fair price to redo it. They redid it but did not pay attention to which file to translate, resulting in another revision needed. I am glad the service team was responsive to my emails enough to redo it but the quality has been poor throughout this process. 

I am very happy with the quality and speed of the translations I needed done. Everything is done online.  I noticed a couple of mistakes in the translation, a whole paragraph was duplicated, for example. So some due diligence is required by the customer, but once revision was submitted, it was fixed quickly! I will use Rush again for sure. Very happy with the way they do business. 

I made a mistake and submitted the same document twice. Oh well. Haha. The service and quality were superb! Many thanks to the team at Rush Translate!
