I had no problems contacting the company and the person I dealt with was friendly... my only issue is when I sent the document for a quote, even they didnt realize it was already translated ON the document in English. There was no need for the translation... I noticed once I received the translated birth certificate. Oh well... money wasted but I will use them again should I need the service.

Thanks for posting the review and sorry for any misunderstanding. Bi-plural documents are translated on a regular basis because end users like USCIS require certified translations, even when there is an English version available in the document. Essentially, the receiver doesn't want to be in a position where they assume that all the foreign language text in the document is also represented in English. I used RushTranslate to tranlate my diploma and academic transcript. The process was very easy. Customer service was excellent, they answered my questions and clarified some details for me in a very timely manner. RushTranslates asks for customer's review before finalizing the order allowing the customer to check that proper nouns and other details are translated in accordance with client's specifications. The original translation arrived by mail on time, the envelope was damaged, luckily the documents inside were OK. This is probably due to rough handling en route or by post office. Used to translate a Japanese Koseki Tohon for USCIS. 2 pages for $49.90 compared to almost 200$ for express service through an attorney. The first translation was completed in less than 24 hours with only mistakes in translating first names in Kanji (very common). Corrections made in less than 24 hours at no extra charge. This is an excellent service and I would use again.
