Service is very good, quality is not so strong!

I found RushTranslate  through a Google search.  They were professional and efficient.  We went through one iteration of reviewing the translation and we we were done.  It was all done during the weekend and saved me since I needed a certified translation for my passport issues.  The Greek to English was well done.  I would recommend you put a little more direction on your page so that users can understand exactly where to go to review, where to accept, where to see the final version etc.    It is all there, just not obvious how to view it.   Thank you for the good work. 

The translation was good, but I had to provide around 6-7 items to improve (~4 of them were fairly obvious in my opinion).

The quality of the translation is perfect. However, the requested hard copy was never sent as per the USPS tracking system.

Very quick, affordable and easy to use service. The only minor detail I could mention as 4-star, rather than 5-star would be, that the formatting of my driver's license translation was slightly off. Other than that, no complaints!

Service is good and fast but if you do not ask for notarized copy, you do not have  an option to review and therefore if mistakes are made (even if from RushTranslate side) you dont have any option to rectify them.

The service and turn around were great! The translation was very good and more than adequate for the purpose.  I did note a two minor grammatical errors and one name misspelled.  The translator was a native Spanish speaker and they tend to switch pronoun genders in English.  My wife does this ALL the time... :)

Loved how they matched the format of the certs. There were some errors that if I had not been diligent in reviewing my order that could have caused some problems. These were small things (order numbers that did not match up from translation cert to doc and one cert titled incorrectly), but when I pointed these things out they were corrected promptly. I would use this service again and reccomend it to others.

Pros- Website is fairly easy to use. Accepts common formats for uploading files. Quick turnaround time as well. Cons- First translation was not acceptable, a section was completely omitted. Asked them to revise the document and second translation was satisfactory.

There were typos, which for birth certificates and marriage certificates is really bad. This included misspelling the name of one of the people on the marriage certificate. When I requested changes they didn’t correct one of the mistakes so I had to request a second correction. 

Very fast service! - There was a minor correction to be made on the document, after submitting for review, the correction was made in less than 30 minutes!. Highly reccomend. 

Good translation of the Chinese; slightly rough in terms of English phrasing.

It would be better if the formatting for the original was kept - makes a huge difference.  But otherwise, great!

RushTranslate provided great service overall - support team was quick and responsive and the website is easy to use. The quality of the translation was good, but there were small mistakes that could have been avoided and thus saved me time from doing a couple of revisions. We were satisfied with our translation, and our document arrived electronically within 48 hours.   Additionally we paid for a hard copy by mail and we received that a couple of business days later.   

Excellent service I would recommend a easier interface to report revisions and also if possible a more explanatory of what are the different options of the translations like shipping of the physical copy was not very descriptive to know if a digital and one by mail was going to be sent. Great service! They were very quick in translating my birth certificate for immigration. They had a few typos but they worked with a sense of urgency to correct them once I brought them up to their attention. They were also very responsive with my emails and requests! I would use them again :)

Very efficiency, just one correction (time) needed.

The majority of it was translated. There was one paragraph and a header that were not translated. There were other errors and typos that could have been prevented if reviewed before being sent to us. Review would be good before certifying the translation. When I returned it to be fixed, they were quick about the fixes and translated it well!

I paid for a three page academic transcript translation to English, it took less than 10 hours, really fast. Also I noticed a few mistakes and received the corrections super fast! First version was a bit rushed, but I was happy with it after the revision.

Translation was up to standards. Haven't made use of it yet as the document has to go through a consulate but overall the clerks had no issue looking through it on the initial look

Perfect translation, no complains at all.

The translation of my driver's license was on time and looks to be accurate. I had this done for an upcoming trip where I will be driving through Italy for several weeks.  My only concern is that the translation does not change the format to reflect an Italian drivers license so I am not sure that this would be what is needed if I should get pull over. As far as the service it was what it said it was. 

I requested for the revise translation with the spelling that I precised in the revise "note" but it seems the translator doesn't read it carefully. So there's time for force and back for the wording that she doesn't correct all the place in the document. The translation is being process quite fast at the beginning but with the careless translator , it waste time for the customer to double check.

Excellent service with such a short turnaround time. Although the order said it would take 24 hrs, the translation was available within 3 hrs. There was one minor mistake in the translation but that's fine.
