The turnaround time was over 12 hours. Eventually it took about 30 hours but it's fine to me because I was not that urgent. The overall translation quality to my birth certificate was great. I am satisfied with the delivery quality and timing. I will need to pass to USCIS for green card application to know if they can accept it finally. (I think they should)

Fairly poor quality translation. Same company in the original document have different names in the translation. Has the appearance of being translated via Papago. Overpriced for the quality of the translation.

The only complaint I have is that the last document “Academic Letter” was not translated to the utmost quality.

Fast, efficient, and promptly communicative. Translation initially had a couple of typos, but was corrected quickly (the quality of the original documents wasn't so great, so not the easiest to read or translate).

The provided service and the ease of communication was good. But the quality of the translation was poor. Whole parts were missing from the text. I had to check again and again the translations. After a few modifications they were correct. But this cost me a lot of time and effort  and they came pretty late. 

The service and quality with RushTranslate very much in line with what was required, only a small detail that was fixed the same day. Time of opportunity excelent. 

It was fast and quality. However, I ordered delivery. Document came in damaged and the entire envelope was in a bad condition. 

There was a delay, but it did not affect me.  Good communication overall. Translation quality is good.

Quantity over quality. I had to revise my finished translated document TWICE! You made tons of mistakes. Besides typos, you wrote wrong dates, forgot words, wrote words double… it was just exhausting.  Next time, I won’t choose RushTranslate again.

I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality and effort put into making my document translations as close to the official formatting as possible! The translations are spot on, and I could not find anything to nitpick about. Wonderful work!

Customer Service is my biggest pet pive! I have absolutely zero complaints about the way my request was handled. It was straight forward, quality service, and handled very professionally. RushTranslate service is overall good. Although I only order a 1 page birth certificate translation from Indonesian to English, the translation quality is on par with the one I did in Indonesia and the speed of service (from producing a translation draft for review until finalizing the actual document and shipping) is very fast. Excellent and fast service. Exactly as described. Quality of translation from English to Spanish was flawless. Availability of notary service satisfied the consulate/embassy requirements. 

The service and quality were both great. The translation was very short and easy, so I can't speak to the company's ability to do more complicated translations. But they handled mine perfectly. I also think the price was significantly too high for the amount translated, but their prices were not higher than other similar services I looked at.

Shockingly fast translation! I uploaded my document late at night and on the very next morning I had he translated file ready for download. The service was recommended by a company dealing with Green Card applications, so can not be more trustworthy than that when it comes to quality.

The website was easy to navigate. The quality of the translation was AWFUL. There were so many overlooked mistakes, misspellings, incorrect insertion of numbers and punctuation marks that I was appalled the amount of times I had to ask for revision. It gave the impression that RUSH TRANSLATION sees their clients as just a number for cash and that quality and care for an important document doesn't matter. I will not reconsider for any future use. 

This was my second translation order from RushTranslate (CZ-EN & RU-EN), and both this one and the previous one had one and more spelling mistakes, despite having elaborated exactly on those issues in the notes. This is frustrating as the customer has to double-check and request revisions, further delaying the order. The service itself is rather fast but it seems to suffer in quality control.
