I am not very computer literate but it was very simple and easy to submit translation. Getting quote and translation done was SUPER FAST. Excellent service. 

How can you afford to make typos in a document… unbelievable… not using your service again. 24 hr deadline was also not met. But I appreciate the prompt reply I got to my query once enquired about the delay, that’s the only silver lining. But typos… seriously…

I have used Rush Translate several times for official documents. They have always been reliable. I recently googled "rush translate" and quickly submitted my documents to another company (translated.com) by mistake. I waited and waited for nothing. That's when I realized I wasn't with Rush. I cancelled my order right away and submitted to Rush Translate and I received my documents on time. this experience made me realize and appreciate how professional Rush is. 

RushTranslate is a trustworthy certified translation service provider.  It is amazing that I got the certified translation file within 12 hours since I submitted the original file.  It is unbelievable.  The order process is also quite easy and user friendly.  It is highly recommended to all. The Chinese-English translation service is extremely bad. They started to send us a translated document with my wife’s name incorrect. After we asking them to correct that typo, the they second document is still incorrect. Yes, my name on that document is also wrongly typed, I cannot believe it and cannot imagine what would happen if we carelessly submit those important materials to uscis. 

Everything is perfect, but the price is a little expensive.

Few errors, very fast and affordable. I would recommend it.

Not sure whether the document will suffice for most Italian law enforcement in lieu of the AAA International Driving Permit (IDP), but the translation looks good. Kathy Alvarado was extraordinary in her response timing. The company should look into providing IDPs as an alternative to AAA. It could generate a lot of revenue.

I sincerely doubt that my translator was fluent in Dutch, let alone that they were a native speaker. A lot of the translated terminology from my academic transcripts felt weird or were off. In most cases, a simple Google search would have helped the translator to understand what the word meant in Dutch. A simple example was that the word "psychologie" was translated with "philosophy" even after I mentioned it in the revision request. Only after three revision requests - yes, three were needed because the translator did not read or apply my comments consistently - I was satisfied.  I could have translated my documents faster and better; the only reason I used your services is that I needed a certified translation. I would not recommend this service. RushTranslate might be one of the cheapest out there, but unfortunately, they live up to their name.

I’m honestly very disappointed with the quality of the documents translation I received. I found many different mistakes on it including my name, witness name and a few dates were wrong, after I detailed and reported everything that was wrong they fixed some of it and even after that I found the same mistakes (and English is not my first language). I sent my documents and payed more money to another company so I could be more confident about my documents translation. I wish I could get my money back because my experience was awful. Thank you!

I highly recommend RushTranslate to anyone needing quick and accurate translation services. I have used them twice now, two years apart. They are fast, and have fair pricing.

I requested the translation of my vaccination record (French to English). Was a bit unsure since it was all handwritten - and most of it quite hard to read... But RushTranslate provided me with a translation within the delay I had asked for, and they were able to translate almost every entry, except for a few that frankly, I was unable to read either. Overall I'm very happy with their work!
