We needed to translate a few documents (5 pages/1500 words) in order to submit for a visa application. Submitted and translated within 8-12 hours. The consulate had an issue where I had to revise an address on the form and add a few more lines. Sent the revision explaining the emergency situation and had it in my inbox 2 hours later. These folks are amazing. Will use them from here on out for all my translation needs

Translation was not good. The English grammar was pretty bad, and there were numerous typos. Seems like it was just pasted into google translate. Edit: After posting this review, a representative reached out to me almost immediately. They revised all of my translations to make them much better and acknowledged that errors had been made on the original. They also gave me a discount on another translation I needed to make. It's too bad the initial translation was not better quality, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service and quick work to fix the mistake. Given this, I would use this service again.

Good turnaround appreciated, however the inability to translate Chinese characters in family registry documents (thus no dates are translated) renders the translation unusable. UPDATED: Thank you for the chance to request a revision. Dates written in the family registry with Chinese characters have also been translated to complete the document translation.

Could’ve been better if I didn’t have to act as both the QC and the customer. The translation wasn’t properly done the footer formatting wasn’t respected. I was in a rush, which is why I went with it, but honestly, it was disappointing. Having to ask for a revision three times? Definitely a 1-star experience.

Turn around time advertising 24 hours. 4 days later to call. Plus, I was told Arizona notarized. Came with Tennessee.

You guys have an AWESOME service. I paid for some translations, and submitted five documents separately. The job was COMPLETED everything was done as it should be - yet - because of course I'm not a native speaker of the language, I didn't know and couldn't tell - I submitted 5 and received 4, at $25 a page... Customer service contacted me and issued a $25 refund, they explained the situation, and sent the refund essentially JUST to make me feel better about the deal, THAT, is OLD SCHOOL taking CARE of your Customers and I can't recommend this service enough. Sad that it is so rare to get this level of care in business, and even more sad that this great company has such a niche service that they provide - people who take care of their customers and provide a good product DESERVE Success!! Nope, I get an automated email to pay again! This company is all automated and they're just out for your money! Stay away! This company should not be legally certified to translate as they don't even check or review material!
